Recently switched over from a different supplier to Budget Energy after a politie and friendly man called to my door and made me aware of the savings I could make by switching to Budget.Highly recommend.

Not even worth one star. Tried to switch to them in early May. Despite multiple contact with them, no contact was made with me. Gave up and went to another company. Truly awful customer service

Never showed up after we arranged a call back to switch provider. Waste of time, not surprised they have so many bad reviews

Terrible customer service prices are up and the screeching bell goes off constantly every time you get low on the quid at every level until they shut you off. Complete disgrace.
