One of the best happy hours in A.C. Wonderful drink specials, great atmosphere, delicious food.

The food is amazing and the bartenders during happy hour are the best (Nick).

Appetizers were delicious, entrees were sharable, everyone loved their food. There was a short wait for our table for our reservation, but the lounge was nice and the fortune drink is amazing fpt sweet drink lovers.

entered near eleven, it wasn't packed. the staff was friendly and observant. the bill was well within reason for the quality. i can see why they have a lot of great reviews.

There was quick and friendly service. It has a nice feel to it. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I loved.

I've been to the one in NYC and I knew I had to check out the one in Atlantic City. Definitely worth it. I always love the ambiance here. The service is amazing as well.

After being seated, waited 10 minutes to even be given water. The waitress walked past my table multiple times, even made eye contact & still walked by as if we weren t there. By the time she acknowledged us, we ordered everthing at once and brought our food out literally 5 minutes later. Food was luke warm.....the place itself was beautiful & the food was good but could ve been better if it was fresh & hot, but service was TERRIBLE.

My friends and I absolutely loved this restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh. The service was excellent. Our waitress was super sweet and nice. It's also not as expensive as it seems. The portions are really filling so it's definitely worth the money.

Sea Bass was wayyy too salty! The Asian Caesar salad was good though.

Great Asian fusion that features a menu that is a little different than the Philadelphia flagship. Great food and excellent service.

Food is delicious service is great. Ambient atmosphere very comfortable and multiple seating options from couples to groups. My wife and I come here alone or with friends every time we re in ac.

arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. prices were fair.

Omg delicious meals. I had the oxtail dumplings and it is absolutely mouth watering.

Great place to eat, food was great and didn t have to wait long! Lil busy in the evening so I d try to go by there before the crowds start to get busy...

The sesame cheesecake is a must have! The atmosphere and decor are really nice, though a tad too dark inside

Waaaay too pricey for the amount of food you get. Read the outside menu which describes as large portions meant to be shared. After we sit down waitress says the entrees are more "individual sized". So we order anyway. Ordered edemame & potstickers (both appetizers not entrees mind you) & I get larger portions at our crappy sushi place back home. You get 5 potstickers and a small bowl of edemame. Bravo on suckering ppl in thinking they can share large portions amongst themselves AS ADVERTISED & delivering otherwise. Crab rice was gross...tasted like steamed rice with parsley thrown in. My brother ordered the king salmon and asked if it was a prince salmon bc it was so small lol. Hubby get the pad Thai.... it was OK but hard to mess something like that up. So in summation...false advertisement & overpriced for NO REASON.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant and the AC location is far superior to the NYC one. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is incredible, and the staff friendly and knowledgable. Worth every penny. Get the edamame ravioli.

Place is horrible. We got a tasting g menue that my 6 year old son can make. Stay away.

Buddakan is an interesting take on Asian food. The atmosphere and interior design is very well done. The dishes that we ordered we cooked perfectly and delicious. The service also was excellent.

Food is fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is soothing. Service is prompt and polite...had the edamame ravioli, oxtail dumplings, and tuna steak. All were phenomenal...from presentation to taste. Also the cocktails are beautiful...

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

Asian inspired dishes at best (rather than Japanese or Asian). Overall good experience with the service, food, and decor (though I was a little uncomfortable cutting my filet mignon with the giant Buddha in the middle of the main dining space). Only downside is the unbelievable wait I had to go through (45 minutes after my reservation). Cool website and great location. By the way, Yelpers love the deep fried monkfish, but while the fish is fresh, there was nothing spectacular about the dish. I loved the dry aged beef and poached tuna.

i had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. feels similar to a cafe in chicago i loved.

You can't go wrong here. Edamame ravioli, dumplings, wasabi crusted steak, it was all amazing.

All I can say is WOW. I have had fine dining before, but this is the first meal, top to bottom that I can say everything was excellent! The flavors are insane! It all marries! Tuna spring roll, edemame ravioli, sweet and spicy shrimp, lamb and vegetable fried rice. My head is spinning. This is true quality. It is worth every single cent. Wow.

Got there about two, it was not packed. The service here is better than most. The bill was appropriate.

While we do like coming to Buddakan and have been coming for over ten years, they have gotten worse with respect to their scheduling and coordination of reservations. It appears it s the same people working at the front and for the past three years, we ve had to wait 30 plus minutes to be seated even after making a reservation way in advance. Additionally, during our most recent visit, one of the hostess attempted to sit us at the top of the stairs of their second floor after waiting 30 minutes for our supposedly advance reservation. These girls are just terrible with math and their seating coordination and arrangement skill set. Maybe Buddakan needs to revisit their floor plan and seating arrangements to make it a bit easier or more simplified at elementary school standard. The food is worth the wait but wish we didn t have to put up with the nonsensical reservation scam.

Wonderful ambience and professional staff all around! I brought my girlfriend here and they catered to our needs being vegetarian. The food is beyond my expectations-simply delicious. Definitely Will return next time!

Great hidden treasure along the boardwalk. The restaurant is beautiful! Perfect place to go for a romantic dinner, or for a celebration with a group of friends.

Had amazing night with my girlfriend. They accommodated vegetarian diet for us and we loved the tofu pad Thai and curried cauliflower and brussel sprouts.

Went here for my 21st birthday last year. Conveniently located in Caesar s Palace in Atlantic City. Great food, and beautiful decor. If I could give this place a 1,000,000, I would. Be aware that since it s inside Caesar s Palace, the menu is a bit pricey, but soooo worth the money. Thanks Buddakan for a wonderful and memorable experience.

Chef tasting menu was incredible. Everything was perfect including all of the staff.
I can honestly say that I have never felt the need to take a picture of my food until this meal. Amazing!

Love this place!! Food is fresh. I have dietary restrictions (vegan) + the chef came out to make sure what i required was prepared correctly. Definitely make a reservation. They have great drinks as well. A dope place to happy hour. Definitely try the curried cauliflower, mushroom potstickers + the spiced tofu with cashews. Yummy

The food here was excellent. I would recommend going during lunch because the bento box lets you try 3 things at once for a lower price. A very nice flavor experience.

The atmosphere and food are great. The prices are quite reasonable. But there is no excuse for a waiter to forget about his table for fifteen minutes at a pop - especially on a slow night. Should I have to flag down another waiter to order rice? I ll let you decide.

We visited in December 2018 to celebrate my sister's birthday. The Atmosphere is beautiful. The lighting is intimate and the stars on the ceiling is a nice touch. The food is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! They have the best Lambchops ever. The Mongolian Beef was tender and flavorful. My mouth is watering as i'm writing this review because the food was soooo good. The double crunch shrimp was also to die for. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. I can't say one negative thing about our experience. The Atmosphere, decor, staff, service, food and value exceeded my expectations (and I'm very picky and my sister is an Executive Chef so our standards are high). My new favorite restaurant in Atlantic City.

One of my top choices for dinner in AC! Great drinks, great food and love the atmosphere. The pork dumplings and cashew chicken are my favorites alone with the lychee martini. Would definitely recommend!!

Wow! We love this place so much and keep going back. We're vegetarians, but if you're a meat eater, they have you covered too. This time, we enjoyed the mushroom potstickers, curried cauliflower, garlic eggplant, sweet potato mashed, and honey soy brussel sprouts. All incredible!

Perhaps one of the best meals I have ever had. We did the tasting menu where all four of us did it but there were so many courses and everything was really amazing.

The food always good in Buddakan ,and then actually everything in the menu here is different with New York ..High recommend for sesame tuna (this raw ) just make sure if u can eat raw ..For starter i recommend for honey glazed pork :very juicy and taste with pickle cabbage ..This restaurant location upstairs in the Caesar casino and also if you hungry just go there to eat ..:)

Omg!! I felt like I was in Vegas!! Had the three course chef special. Everything, e v e r Y t h I n g, was soo good. The rice was cooked just right, perfect, the steak was prepared by a professional, so juicy, so tender, melts inyour mouth. You don't need a knife. The service is amazing! You get what you pay for...

The best asian fusion restaurant in AC! The spicy shrimp bao buns are great along with everything else including the cocktails.

Get the tasting menu. Great selections and plenty of food.

When you walk in you stand there in amazement of the environment that you'll be dining in. The food it some of the best you can get in AC, super flavorful, elegent, and just overall awesome!

Solid solid meal. Significant portions. This place is all about the atmosphere but I was blown away by the food too. Walk into a place like this in NYC (ehem...Tao) and expect to get tiny portions of lackluster food at exorbitant prices to go with your atmosphere. And lots of attitude to boot. Not here! Great atmosphere. Great kind service. Amazing food. Highly recommended!

July 2017 I wanted to write a review for this place because the food was fresh, oh so tasty!! I love the entrance into Buddakan is almost never ending hallway very exotic. The ambiance is romantic and great lighting for pics.

We ordered curried cauliflower and lobster pineapple fried rice (no egg). So effing good i mean so EFFING delish!! I think about this dish often. Only one pic had to save battery for Jill Scott concert.

Must go to Happy Hour! $5 Cantonese spring rolls are simply to die for! Try the Fortune too. Crab Fried rice at dinner is amazing. The ambience is great. Overall, this is way better than the Philadelphia location!
