We visited Budvar on a rainy day, because we wanted some indoor activity. The guided tour takes aprox. 60 minutes. Since September, there is only one tour, with the start at 2 p.m. We recommend to come sooner. There is also an interactive beer museum at the customer center, where you can get information about the history of Budvar brewery. The visit of the museum is free. Very good was also a short film in the Budvar cinema.

Brewery tour was nice, except I couldn't hear the guide sometimes, too crowded.
Must visit, especially for those who like beer, but not only for these.
Excursion fine, we had ourselves, for our four-member group lady guide. She could tell us more than if we were more. Of course tasting in the cellar, where they had prepared beer for more people, but fortunately they gave us to liquidate. Beer from the cellar really good. Compared to Prazdroj, which we visited last year, I liked Budvar less.
It was a great experience!!!! Unfortunately the group was too big (40 people) and the guide seemed very insecure and talked way too fast !!!! Usually in these situations the guide wears a microphone, so the whole group can hear all the information.
Ceske Budejovice is a beautiful city in the Czech Republic, very beautiful and with many places to visit, it is interesting to see perhaps the first nation where you see how life in the countries of the east works, I refer to the locals as bars and restaurants that are places on the floors of buildings to shelter from the cold. Naturally the beer that bears its name emerges, delicious and in hundreds of types.
I am very pleased with the fact that beer is still Czech and good and not like Pilsner, it is not what it was, but it still tastes good to me:

An informative tour to the brewing factory. We saw how beers are brewed and bottled from the first scene, with a complimentary cup of beer directly from the maturing cask!

Awsome presentation and great restaurant this is not to mention the fantastic beer! Although the staff need some serious lessons in customer service (with a smile). Absolutely worth the visit!!!
