I had tried another glass shop and they got me in with the quote but once they arrived, the price changed with additional fees. I told them "no thanks" and called Buckeye Auto Glass - very happy I did. They gave me same-day mobile service. The price quoted over the phone was spot on when they arrived - no trickery. The technician kept me informed of his ETA as we were waiting for the weather, and he was courteous, friendly and quick. I would definitely recommend Buckeye Auto Glass to friends and family.

Highly recommend them. Came out 2 days after I called and were earlier than he scheduled to show up. Awesome service and very reasonable pricing. Not going anywhere else. This is my second time with a great experience

Buyer beware. I need a new windshield on my 2011 Mustang today, and I won't be giving them the business after a previous experience. I had written a review, though it's disappeared miraculously, so here is another. I had a windshield replaced in a 1998 Pontiac Trans Am which had 30,000 miles on it, about 4 years ago. There had been a rock strike, which cracked the entire windshield...no big deal, just get it replaced. We setup to have Buckeye come out and replace it. My car was in the garage, and the technician requested it be moved to the driveway to make it easier to install for him. My girlfriend moved the car for him, and left him to let him work. After the install, my gas pedal wasn't working, and the technician disappeared in a hurry. After several calls to dispatch and speaking to the owner/office manager or whomever is in charge, they told me tough, and there wasn't anything they were going to do about it. There was no possible concevable way the tech could have done it...ok, so i'm just crazy...and a liar, which is a great customer service tactic. They thought I was trying to get something out of them, when in reality it would have gone a long way if someone had just come out and looked at it. I was on a business trip and didn't return home for several days afterward. Once home, I found the technician had broken my throttle cable off of the bracket attaching it to the throttlebody (which runs along the top of the intake manifold, right on top of the engine where he was working). I was able to fix it myself in about thirty minutes. Then I cleaned up the huge mess the tech left all over the upper intake and entire engine bay (from all of the cuttings from the old seal he had to remove and cut out). Who does that? I found out who.
