Always excellent service and the food is great. Well recommended for all who are visiting or who live in the area. Get a bucket of Cajun shrimp...you will absolutely LOVE it!!!!

The staff was awesome with us and the table with sea view was perfect! Beautifull bubbagump i love the shrimps with different sauces.

Had a fantastic time. Fish tacos were AMAZING. The trivia was definitely a first! I hope to again!

A lot of fun with a group of friends. Food is average though.

I love going here to eat the Shrimpers Net Catch (garlic flavor); the other food is very good as well and it excellently priced for families to enjoy. It has a festive atmosphere which contributes to having a good time when you go here to eat and drink.

Service was good and friendly only wish the outside patio was bigger and the fish and chips wer pretty basic for the price

I've always loved this place but due to health changes haven't been here in ages. They didn't have my Gluten (Wheat allergy) Free Clam Chowder (Corn or potatoe starch rather than wheat). But our server Soloman worked very hard, maintaining his humor, dealing with my weird allergies, helping me get the meal I wanted and needed. BRAVO success for each of us!

New normal killing the fun of eating there. Very limited menu and servers trying to learn all the dumb rules. Cost is: loss of good service and quality food.

Waited 30 minutes outside to be called in and wait another 10. Service was super slow, food wasn't very good as well as over priced. OVER HYPED.

Loved the food. Compatible prices to applebees for the nonseafood menu. Anything seafood was in the 15-20 range but you got a good amount. It was super busy but we never had an empty cup or dirty table. Fun place and we got a great view.

If I could give zero stars that would be a more accurate review, but I guess one star will do. Today was my first time coming the restaurant and I will NEVER be coming back. It's like going to a Long John silvers and getting an ocean view. The decor is really cool, but ehh.

This place is very nice with ocean view. Unfortunately on my visit they not only forgot to bring my wife's order along with mine, we both ordered the same thing, but they also don't know how to make rice. According to my server their rice is always served in clumps and that's their special way of making rice. So I figure if you can't make rice then you probably can't make good food as well. My wife and I did not eat but my kids did. They said the rice was terrible.

Very bad experience. Average home. No consideration for the client. Average service and Manager Nil. Very disappointed. Only what was in the plate and the decor were ok.

Waited almost 2 and a half hours to be seated then waited almost 30 to 45 minutes just to get my food. The chicken I ordered had absolutely no taste or seasoning whatsoever, our food came with coleslaw on each plate and we had a salad and did not receive utensils and only got 1 napkin. For being a first timer, I won't return.

The food is really delicious, and I love the drinks, which you can take the glass home. The glass has lights and can project the logo of the restaurant! I took a point off because we waited for about 30 minutes until the food were served.

Loved it. Went there with my sister and grandma and ordered 2 things from the appetizers menu and we where full after. I got a watermelon lemonade, OMG it was the best lemonade I've personally have ever had! A little bit of waiting time but you can pass the time by looking at a menu and then checking out the gift shop! For birthdays they bring you a cupcake with cool whip and they sing you a song. Got to bring home a souvenir glass, beautiful view, awesome waiters and filling and delicious food for the whole family!!! Definitely will be coming back asap!

This place is awesome, food, service, and environment. It could have a long wait time but it is well worth it.

No costomer service at all. Only to certain. Costoms. Not fare. The server never checked on us at all only brought us a bill food not cooked well. Just all bad

Love the theme of the restaurant;downside was that the food was too pricey and quality of the food that I got was burnt and oily. You would think that for a seafood restaurant it would have great seafood, but I guess not. Probably ask the locals where to eat for great seafood. :/

The food is very tasty and fresh this is important when you go to eat seafood, there are very varied menu for children, quality at a good price.

Changing the menu, not carrying Dr Pepper anymore??? That's part of the movie!!! Expensive of course as it's a theme restaurant. Tyler was our server this visit, and he was right there checking on us and making sure we had what we needed.

This is the second time I visit a bubba Gump and the same thing happens. The restaurant closes at 22:00, it's crystal clear in Google maps, I arrived ate 21:25 and the waiter welcomed us in and told they were open. While he was getting napkins and such for us, he received a communication from his "boss" on his earphone and told us there were actually closed. First they let me and my family in and then tell us to turn back. THEY HAD 35 MINUTES BEFORE OFFICIAL CLOSING TIME. I even told the waiter that we didn't even want to dinner just some appetizer and to try their food, but he repeated that they were closed. I simply turned back and went back to the street. I was very excited and hoped to have a good time. That was extremely rude and unprofessional of this restaurant.

Service was terrible told us there was a two-hour wait unless you wanted to join their Rewards Club then we could be seated right away we chose to go to the bar when we got inside there were many empty tables and the service was terrible

Had a wonderful time, our server was graciously enought accommodate us due to we had Chico with us. Lunch was excellent, had the Fish and chips and Wife had the Halibut.....oh my was it delicious. Thank you .

It's a chain restaurant... the fried stuff is probably the best.. hard to mess that up

Great environment, food and view. The waiter was awesome. He did some movie trivia with us. It would've been 5 stars but my food took over an hour to come out. I didnt mind too much because the margarita kicked in.

If I could give zero star. Sat for 1 hour 10 mins. Had to beg to get beverages. Wanted to relax and hang with the family. Then our waiter was sent home. Ok he sucked poor training. That is on the manager Conner Wilber who I had the misfortune of meeting. The food and second round came out after we asked for the check. Go figure Mr. Wilber did not apologize nor did any of the people we dealt with. On top of that I had some waiter who wanted to start a fight. As I was leaving, the waiter, not our waiter, says "please do not come back sir" . REALLY?!! THEN tells my wife to have a good night but "keep him on a leash". Are you kidding me??!! I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant and will be writing an email to the corporate office. AND we were charged $55 for 2 rounds of beers and a soda (my wife, 84 year old father, 14 year old daughter and myself) So not the place to ever go unless you want to go hungry and be upset. The local is awesome but Monterey Ca. has to remove them from Cannery row. Easy way remove the licensing from them customers being mistreated and easy enough to have a great family restuarant move in and boot the bad bubba so what the area does not need.

Is the regular chain restaurant but I didn't enjoyed the food, I ordered the breaded sea food platter and nothing was wrong with it but my expectation was very high knowing how popular is this chain and the food want that great. I probably would not go again to this place, again is nothing with the restaurant just I didn't like the food taste.

Loads of fried stuff.. typical American theme restaurant with lots of memorabilia hanging on the walls etc..

Drinks are strong and service is great. Had the Valentine special is was so much food we had to take some home.
