Brunswick Novant Medical Center Review

I have visited the Brunswick Hospital three times, once for a CT Scan, then for pre-op testing and then for surgery. Every visit has been outstanding, always greeted with a smile. The entire staff treated me with respect, kindness and a high degree of professionalism.. On my last visit for surgery I was impressed by the great amount of personal care I received, again respecting me as a person, showing empathy for any fears I had and helping me to alleviate those fears. The four nurses who cared for me in pre-op, post-op and after care went above and beyond in insuring my stay was safe with my every need met with a smile and kindness. I have been hospitalized a number of times in the past and never have I had the level of care I received at this hospital. The whole staff, nursing, administrative and ancillary departments should all be proud of the high standard of care that they deliver.

I was admitted into the Novant Hospital for chest pains a few weeks back. The Staff makes this Hospital special. Tess, and Alberta, and Chris were beyond professional, Kind and caring. I don't like to go to the Hospital, but I WILL GO to Novant if necessary. Thank you for making my stay pleasant. CONGRATULATIONS for being the "BEST OF THE BEST" !

Impressively professional and fast service! They had my 5 yr old in and out in the 40mins with medication.

I left a good review about the staffing care which is excellent however don t come here if you have any serious illnesses because their doctors don t know how to treat anything other than putting a Band-Aid on something they know nothing about serious illnesses The doctors will dismiss you nurses are awesome doctors not so much
