From my personal experience this business has bad business practices. In today's age cold calling people and buying their names and personal phone numbers is very unscrupulous. I have received multiple text messages from this business, unsolicited to my personal cell phone number. If that's how they treat potential business partners and if that I can only imagine how the customer service may be. Please update your methodology of obtaining new clients and employees. Try posting online as all other businesses do nowadays.

Liberty National has been a great company to work with. I m the HR admin for a small company and the Liberty National staff is the perfect extension for us. They always give me curtesy calls after enrollment to make sure I don t have any issues and just as a reminder to know when to get it done by. This is a big help when you wear many hats. Anna Pond is our rep, she is knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as quick to respond to emails, texts and just to get answers or paperwork that we need ASAP! Let me not forget to mention she is always smiling and always so friendly. I couldn t ask for a better team to be paired with to supply our employees with supplement insurances to help make life just a little easier.

Anna Pond from Liberty National is absolutely amazing! She is very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. She breaks down everything you need to know to make sure you understand what you are getting. Seriously the best ever!

Terah and her staff have been so helpful to my family. i called them looking for help and guidance with an old policy that was not even with their local office but they were gracious enough to take a large amount of their time to help me sort through everything no questions asked. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good people which is hard to find these days!

I love the fact that I have a working family that cares about you. Before coming to this job, I worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for more than 17 yrs. During that time I suffered a cardiac aneurysm. I can honestly say, that I didn't feel the love in my absence. The company was more worried about when I was returning to work instead if I would be able to return to work.

While being employed with Liberty National Insurance, I have encountered a medical emergency. My fellow coworkers and members of the same Management Team that I am on came to see me and was constantly making sure I was alright mentally and physically.

Anytime that I have struggled, the same Management Team offered words of encouragement and helped pushed me along. I would recommend Liberty National: Mims Agency to anyone and would not hesitate to tell them my experience and my love for this Agency.

Her knowledge and expertise in the product that Liberty National offers go well beyond any other Insurance Agency I ve ever dealt with in all my years. Liberty Nationals products are some of the best I ve seen and reasonable. Working at The Mims Agency has been a life altering experience in the best ways possible. Everyone in the entire office is helpful and caring to any and everyone. Agency director Anna is awesome! Liberty National has been so wonderful to me! Anna Pond is an angel sent to me and my family. She walked through the doors where I work and changed my life. She was able to get life insurance on my daughter that has down syndrome and if you didn't know other companies just won't cover her. I also got diagnosed with cancer about a year after I got my plans and if it wasn't for Anna and Liberty National my family would have been financially in major trouble. This company and especially Anna Pond was and is a God send for me and my family! I'm so thankful God sent her to my office that day and I recommend Liberty to everyone!
