Horrible customer service. They have a limit on their automated system to make payments. The reps are just there getting paid while not doing anything because they can't take payments over the phone which is absurd. They take forever to reconnect something.

Horrible customer service. Drive thru is closed web site is always down for some reason and the automated system is very outdated and calls drop often on top of high wait times just really inconvenient to make any type of payment. I cant imagine calling and waiting so long for something that is more serious.

Last year I leased a home as the only adult person on the lease. Only under my name. I never told them I was married, I am not married. Anyways at the bottom of the contract was my boyfriend as he would visit at times. As an occupant not a visitor. Now fast forward since September he no longer visits. I told PUB that the lease is only under my name. I renewed the rental contract send in the new lease and they refused to remove him from the bill. Like this company is going to make me get a divorce for them to remove him from the lease. We were never married! I am the only one on the lease . He was an occupant that was removed after the renewal of lease contract. I have reached out to them several times they kept telling me I need a divorce decree when we were never married. I was able to remove him from Spectrum who is a bigger company did not need a divorce document to have him removed. This is ridiculous.

Emerald Valley Lights were off since 10 am on February 15th.There was no rotating outages we were just cut off. Worse when you work from home when internet is off. How does one even get to work? Missed 4 hours of work. That we will not get credit for.

Haven t had light since Monday morning. None of your posts ever mention our street, yet we live near a stripes that has been up and running. When we call, the answer you give is that there is nothing you can do about it however we are still paying customers. Please explain this nonsense. I m not asking for a full day of power, I m just asking for more than a 10 second switch that happened on Monday evening. It would be nice to be able to cook something at home or let alone shower when we are still required to work.

It is a garbage as electricity service I defrosted the food because They do not solve in time and my daughters are well pecked by the Sancudos because they did not put the Light they are disgusting of company not even a star deserve

It seems like they do NOT know what they re doing! On Monday Feb 15th, our electricity was shut down at 5:30pm & restored 24 hours later! The worst part, is that it only lasted less than 6 hrs & the lights are out again! Why is there car dealerships with electricity? Why is the BINGO with electricity & it s close to my area???? Oh wait... a politician owns the BINGO right?!!! ALL of us pay taxes & our damn bills on time!!!! Why should we be without light for more than 24 hrs?! This is not rotating outages , this is CRUELTY!!!!

If you're renting and planning to move with someone who owes them money, be sure NOT to put them on the lease,because they will ask for an ID of every adult on the lease and if everyone on the lease owes money from previous accounts, that have nothing to do with you, they will charge you a combined bill and force you to pay, in order to connect services under your name.

Website is ALWAYS down every time I try to pay my bill. Extremely inconvenient. Sometimes it will even have a date which they expect the website maintenance to be over as a date from a year ago so as a customer, I have absolutely no idea when i will actually be able to login to pay my bill on time. Really need to give the website some attention!

Going on 41 with no light. I work from home. Are you going to pay me back all the days I'm missing of work? Knowing there are car dealerships and bingo places with flashing lights and I have been without it for 41 hours and with 2 kids. Going to be short on my check but I bet my bill will be higher than usual. What if I lose my job due to not being able to clock in. Then what? Are you all going to support me and my kids? No right. What's gets me the most...I haven't seen a truck out in my neighborhood but guess what...I have seen trucks out reading meters. Who cares about the people without light. Got to make sure you have all your info and numbers to send out those bills out.

They are thieves they are charging me over $500.00 dollars for water bill thy say I used over 80,000 gallons of water last month . That amount is like 8 10,000 gallon swimming pools . I was told I must of had a leak inside if that's the case my house would be damaged beyond repair. Then I was told someone must have left a hose open the property would have been a swamp for a long time. I have been checking my bills and there are a lot of inconsistencies on electric and water on all my bills.

As a public utility company it's service is poor. I was given a fax number by it's customer service department on Friday at 3:30 pm, and I have been trying repeatedly to send a fax without success. I get a busy signal. I hope we can get better service soon or maybe change the name from PUB to "Catch us if you can".

Credit card information was stolen and used for fraudulent purchases. This is literally the only merchant that I have used this card with in 10 years. Search online and you will see this a reoccurring problem with bpub. These people are not to be trusted.

Leaving the poor without electricity while keeping rich neighborhoods with full working electricity and calling it a rotating outage? Seriously? I have been with no electricity for 10 hours and it s freezing out here, how can you do this to costumers?

Horrible customer service!! Lack of senior leadership and no compassion whatsoever!! I chose to start using solar panels and it has helped me so much!!! I deal alot less with their employees and leadership and paying a whole lot less!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND other options!!

I hate PUB......they are rudest people on earth. They are heartless, and pathetic. Even after i pay my $400 a month bill on time for over 2 years......they forget and wouldn't give me a 10 day extension. I truly don't even give them one star they don't deseve it. I give them a negative zero for customer service!!!!! Its a shame i can't switch companies.
