I did a lot of research prior to my visit and he was up front and honest with all information. The truck was already exceptionally priced and they were still willing to negotiate lower. Our advisor Brian Robinson did a fantastic job from beginning to end. We live in Houston and couldn t find a Tahoe we liked here. I found Brown Chevrolet on Chevy.com from a vehicle search. Brian was very helpful from the beginning. Our local dealer has a $4,000 dealer services fee! I nearly fell out of my chair! Brian offered a fair discount for a new model vehicle, accepted our car max trade, & drove the Tahoe here and picked up our trade in! That s going the extra mile. Generally its very good, however bought a car and the get ready service was poorly completed, back windows were sheared as was the dash. Spot on inside front passenger window, the oil had to be serviced within the week of purchase so there went my first free oil change out the window! Had to buy 2 brand new tires when I went to buy certificated for my tires. Both front tires had chunks missing! This was on a vehicke that is certified and has warranty! Crazy right!
Very patient and understanding to work with us on all of our wants, needs and ability to finance. Always a happy customer after leaving.
