This company is great at rebuilding motors and building new racing motors. Faerman racing engines a place you can rely on for great service, work and performance for your muscle car, Hemi, BMW and Corvette. This an opinion of a customer.

These guys are the BEST mechanics in town. They know what they're doing. My car had a leak that put my starter out twice within a year & I took my car to 3 different shops before I took it to this one & no other shop took care of my car like Faerman Racing Engine did. They were able to find where the leak was coming from & repair it, they've been working on cars since they were children, so they know exactly what they're doing. They can take a car fully a part into little pieces & put it back together the same how it was before. They have a new loyal customer & I'd recommend this shop to anyone having car difficulties.

Dennis told me my part would be done in two weeks. I called two weeks later and he had no idea what I was talking about at first. He told me he could have it done the next day. I called the next afternoon and he said the same thing. This went on for another week. I went to their shop after work one day and, surprise, it still wasn't done and he said the same thing. I waited two days before going back to their shop to see if it had been done. Nope. It was sitting on the floor near where I left it three weeks ago. I decided to take it back. I can't speak to the quality of their work because we never got to that point unfortunately, but the lies and BS excuses speak volumes to how they handle their business. I cannot recommend them.

Had a great experience with these guys. They built me an awesome 347 and let me be part of the process. It is a family owned and operated business. They know what they are doing and they are honest. I will send all of my friends here for their builds. Super happy!!

I wouldn't do business with Dennis ever again. Ask the guys around Houston about him. He is a crook. I'm surprised he's still in business. He swaps your parts onto other folks stuff. Lies about it and plays it off with a smile. Mention the shop in certain circles and folks clench up. Screw him!!!

Charged me $400+ and over 4 months to ruin my block by pulling the head studs without asking me first. Steel studs into a 40 year old aluminum block meant they were essentially welded in. Ruined the threads. Tried to "fix" it with a Helicoil that promptly pulled out as soon as I tried to torque the head down. Wouldn't own up to it and wanted 2 months to try to repair their repair.

I personally know Dennis Faerman and his family since 1980 when he built a 350 four bolt main small block Chevy which was bored 60,000 and as a friend he guaranteed that if I blew the motor up! He would replace it at no cost to me. I'm sure he will not ever make that deal today. The motor was a work of art! After I blew up clutches, broke drive shaft, the motor was still Faerman all the way. The big Daddy Don Garlets of Houston is Dennis Faerman.

I have used Dennis Faerman on a ton of engines for us. At times, as many as 2 to 3 a month. He stands by the product and has even re-worked engines from other places for us.
