Went to see the annual birds migration. There's an eagle nest on the property that's wonderful to see.

Wonderful cruise. Efficient check in. Even more efficient when going through customs upon return from cruise.
So what is the deal with the large female cop who yells at uber drivers and drivers picking up passengers from cruises like she is the reincarnation of Sam Kinnison? No good signs, conflicting orders between her and the male cop. Officer friendly she is not lol. This explains why this profession attracts certain personalities. Very sad service. Remember serve is on your little badge too.
Awesome leaving and returning port. Cab ride from airport $14 got charged $20 on our arrival, track them with goggle maps.
I found it very easy to find the terminal, right at the entrance the policemen informed us correctly
Went in wrong lot, had to move. Charged $3 for less than 10 minutes . Take about profit.
It's significantly cheaper to park at the nearby park n go and be shuttled to your ship by bus than to park here. Parking here is 15/day and at the park n go it's about 9/day
Great Port, super convenient and easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking.
Organized getting on and off our cruise. Lots of assistance where you may need it, and friendly people [employees]. The crossing security to pkg lot is sooo careful that people remain in the crosswalks...wow I might've been hit otherwise. Attendants everywhere. Plenty of pay lanes if you drive and park at the port. 5 star, yes. . .
World's best cruise ship port
.
Fast check in, good facilities. Better than Miami!
Our cruise was AMAZING with Royal Caribbean BUT..... the exiting of the parking lot 19 was AWFUL!!! One gate open for exit and people waiting way over an HOUR to exit!!! This is uncalled for!!!! The people working the port inside were great but the people over that exit gates were RUDE AND NASTY!!!!! Thank you for all the nice ones
I have been working at port Everglades since late 2014 still is. Thank you, broward county, still the city owes me money for damages my car. I m still waiting hopefully broward city managements, can see this call crying for noticed can reach me thank you...!
Great facility, easy to get into and out of, clean, etc.
Took a cruise from Ft. Lauderdale. A bit less congested here than Miami. Airport is old school though.
Very busy on cruise days with poorly designed traffic access. One has to wonder if anyone who designs cruise ports, has ever been to an airport, where they divide Arrivals from Departures, by using multiple access levels. Why not here?
They mingle buses, cars, vans, & trucks all on same (narrow) road, with sherriff deputies & security people, trying to direct traffic which pays little attention. Just a MESS!
If you are leaving or arriving, give yourself at least a full hour to get in or out of this mess, before getting anywhere else.
Transportation to and from this port is quite inefficient. There are many third party mini-bus shuttles towing trailers that bring passengers to and from the port from the airport, hotels, and park and ride. Everyone is in a constant state of waiting. Several different shuttles idle while waiting on passengers. Some shuttles fill up immediately while others take longer to find passengers. All while people wait outside in the hot Florida weather next to the idling vehicles. It took us about 45 min to catch our shuttles. Then we had to endure the first excruciating ride without air conditioning in the vehicle. Maybe the cruise port, airport, city, and state should get together to fund a more efficient passenger rail line to connect these transportation hubs. Thousands of people are making this same trip in a day. There is no reason for it to take this long to get people to places that are so close together.
Very busy port, most of the traffic guides are patient and helpful in finding your way around.
Allied Security staff are misinformed and don't direct people with electronic documents to the proper line. To if then told me they aren't valid anymore and you must have paper passport books. Not true and this was confirmed by US Customs agent. Wasted our time.
Excellent place to go on vacation, shopping and meet
Easy in and onto the Crown Princess. Hats off the Alamo car rental for a center and shuttle so convenient to the cruise port.
We are waiting to get on the Celebrity Equinox. This is a new Terminal 25 for Celebrity Cruise.faster to check in and plenty to waiting for broading .
Princess Cruises port Well organized and very efficient friendly service. even customs people are Great
Incredible the amount of cruise ships there. Amazing that they keep it going so smoothly.
Unlike the Port of Miami, which was built for passenger cruising, Port Everglades was built for cargo. It shows in structural and vicinity eye candy, efficiency of passenger processing, and proximity of additional parking. A happy cruise will make you forget the temporary inconveniences.
Port, as advice to leave the port request an Uber, taxis charge double. Ex. From the port to the Miami airport the taxis asked me $ 65, Uber $ 35.
From the port to miami beach taxi $ 85, uber $ 45.
We took a your bus along the shore here with many stops and still made it to the airport from the cruise line with time to share and the luggage delivered to the plane when we were.
We'll organized movement of large numbers of passengers. Well done!
Put up or create some sort of public viewing area for passing by tourists that would like to see one of the big ships, had to disappoint the kids as it s not publicly accessible
Cruise terminal for disembarkation. Quick exit, catch taxis, private bus, uber, etc.
Expensive parking & poor pedestrian transit from parking to ship.
Busy place for cruises. Plan for cheap parking for vehicle while cruising.!!!
It was a very confusing area to navigate but fortunately they have good signage. Definitely incorporate at least 45 extra minutes for drop off, parking and checking in and that's when it's not busy. At peak loading times I'd say plan for twice that amount. Definitely bring your patience and tipping money for the porters.
Very efficient loading on passengers on and off cruise ships
Went to Everglades Holiday Park and had a blast. Went on our first air boat ride. I dont think the other drivers liked our driver because one started yelling and spun their boat around and sprayed us with so much water. We laughed it off but not really a professional way to run a tour.
Busy but well orginized and efficient.
To include the Deputies at the entrance gate.
They need to teach better the sheriff they confuse driver get directions
Very big but easy to navigate upon disembarkation..but would not like to drive to the terminal...
Pretty easy to navigate around in. Plenty of parking in the garages. Long term parking is a little pricey. Staff members are friendly and plenty of porters to help with luggage.
Kind of disorganized ship boarding due to construction and crowd
The port is easy to get to but be prepared to wait to get through security going in the port. The cruise port parking garage is not big enough and I had to go to the top to get a spot. I was afraid for a bit that I was not going to find one. It all worked out and we got into the terminal ok. The view was nice from the top. The ink turtle by a 10 grader on the elevator door was pretty neat! I have been to both the port of Miami and Port Everglades and with PE you bypass the heavy traffic when coming from I-75. It s almost a straight shot due east.
Security is of NO help to arriving mariners who are meeting up with a ship. SECURITY checks credentials, and knows little or nothing after that. Companies pay big money to berth vessels there for short periods. Port Authority needs improvement.

Nice, clean port and a great place to board your cruise. Parking is a bit pricey, but it's safe and secure.
Went on a cruise. It was a little confusing to find parking garage but overall went smoothly especially because you can drop bags off then park. Shuttles were waiting for you after.
