I have been treated very well at this facility. I have been here at least 6 times and I find the staff friendly and courteous. That includes the housekeepers as well. The medical staff on the 8th floor is terrific. The food in the canteen seems to be very good to me. But I do find the food terrible for two out of three meals when being cared for.

Started of bumpy but things have gotten better. Just like any hospital it's best if you are a regular. I receive continuing care for PTSD. I think they may have actually saved my life.

This hospital has everything. I've been going to the VA hospital in downtown Manhattan for a long time and the Bronx location has very with nice staff to help with the different departments.

Terrible internship office staff. The Hispanic lady with the long hair is simply disgusting in every sense of the word. Not sure what she is doing there; she is certainly not there to service people if she does not have personal skills which are required in most work environments (especially in her position). She should be fired!
