I'm so frustrated by how useless this car insuranc...

I'm so frustrated by how useless this car insurance is proving to be. I had to call you guys and convince your agent way past the 48hr waiting period to place my claim. I still had to call every two hours for the passed week to check on progress no update what so ever, you don't even read emails . Now I'm being told to wait 5 whole days plus a weekend for authorization where as this usually takes 1-2 days.
