Roger Beck was great. We sold our house within a week. He really makes it seem like we are friends rather than a paycheck. Roger is extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he found it for me. I would recommend Roger for buying and selling of any home.

Regarding Sequoia Nash's review. My apologies Sequoia, however Brokers Guild does not work with rentals. As a result, your review certainly should be reconsidered or removed. It is clear you were working with another company who serves the rental market.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend going through them for anything! We met with a lady to look at a condo and she said she was going to go with us we discussed everything and gave her our deposit and everything. We had the money with us to pay for the rent deposit and last months rent because she told us to bring it. Usually when you go ANYWHERE else they do NOT accept another persons deposit AFTER they have already accepted one while that person goes through the proccess. Well this lady went and accepted another deposit AFTER ours and then we then lost that condo and wasted $100 that I could of used elsewhere on a more professional place. Plus the lady said she would hold the apartment for us since we had the money. What a bunch if lies. And extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them for nothing.

Particularly John Martin. Whatever you do don t work with him. He makes you feel uncomfortable and the only persons time that matters is his.

Kaleb Harvey of Brokers Guild Cherry Creek was unfortunately very difficult to work with. As the seller, he did not follow a code of ethics that most real estate agents do. He lacked integrity by not disclosing several things or following through on some agreements despite our best efforts to move forward throughout the closing process on one of his remodeled properties. His agent Jenna Harvey (not sure of the relation) lacked that same ethical code. My wife and I went over asking price and were repaid by a dishonest and inexperienced team. If you have your client's or your own best interest in mind, please avoid doing business with Kaleb and Jenna Harvey. You will save a lot of time and money to avoid a house listed by them.

I recently purchased a condo near downtown Denver. Roger Beck is such a fantastic realtor. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and did not know much when it comes to buy a home. But Roger made the process very pleasant. He really doesn't treat your home buying process as just a pay check. He fights every little thing that is in your best interests and really goes the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Roger to all of my friends and family.
