Nice museum, would go here if you have time to spare because the lines are really long. Art is okay. Was nice to see some Andy warhol. Ended up skipping the mirror room because when I was finished with the rest of the museum I still had to wait 2,5 hours..

Great museum with a very broad variety of art in many different mediums. The variety ranges from pop to shock and is very entrancing and alluring. One could easily enjoy a full afternoon parsing through the collection they have.

This is one of popular hotspots to visit in DTLA. The museum has some unique and interesting art. It's a great place to visit with family and friends.

Reserve your tickets online in advance for your visit or else you will be standing in a long line waiting to get in.

We walked in and the first thing we are told is that the special exhibition requires an extra ticket (it would have been nice to have that specified in the brochure and/or with a sign). The second thing we were told is that all the spaces for the infinity mirror room are booked (this was at 1 pm, but we were told we could check back throughout the day until closing at 8 pm. - why not let people reserve spots when they book their tickets online?) Frankly the best part of the museum was the architecture and the people watching.

Waited an hour in stand-by, which was a lot shorter than we had expected! The wait for the Infinity Room was almost 5 hours, but luckily we had the ability to leave and explore the area after walking the museum. It was a great time!

While waiting for the only exibit worth seeing, the "infinity mirror" room, I entertained myself renaming the artwork to reflect its proper asthetic. Boring, pretentious, and not worth the paper wasted to print the tickets. Negative stars. Go to the Watts Tower Art Center and see the Chukes exhibit. Better use of your time and fewer people!

Don't miss this great free museum. One large upper floor with a wide selection of modern masters. Also you must not miss the mirror room. The biggest draw back is the 45sec time limit. Hopefully as crowds die down it will be easier to get more time in there. Wonderful piece of art.

One of the coolest museums I have been to. The art is amazing and the presentation is great. The Infinity Room display had a two hour wait and was a waste of time. Skip this if you go and use the two hours for something else.

Amazing artwork. Some of the artwork changes. Entrance is free. Definitely plan ahead and reserve in advance if you can. Once you get in, run to the line to reserve for the infinity mirrored room, because that will get filled fast and you might not even be able to get to it.

Poor organization. Three hour wait for infinity room yet ZERO people in the room for the 20 minutes we thought we were waiting in line, only to be told no one can enter. At least 20 people waiting and wanting to see. Horrible museum staff who won't see the lunacy in letting folks stand in line and then not letting them into an empty room. What a waste! If I were the artist, I would pull my exhibit out of here!

Had 11am tickets for a Tuesday. Arrived about 15-20 minutes early to line up in the queue for ticket holders. There were 2 people in front of us. By the time it opened there were at least 30 people behind us. We were immediately directed to the Yayoi Kusama s Infinity Mirrored Room.

Got 45 seconds in the room and by the time I left the room (3rd that day) the line reached the entryway. And people were entering their info into the signup iPad.

This was my second visit to the Broad and the first time I wasn t able to see the installation. Worth the 2nd visit for both of Yayoi Kusama s installations.

Plan ahead or wait in line. Tickets released the first of every month. I got in line 2 Hours before the museum opened and still missed out on tickets to the special exhibit. Thankfully I was able to enter via the free general admission and or was still worth the wait. Great museum!

My partner and I got to go here on my first trip to California just a week ago, love the fact that they do reservations online so you can guarantee like a speed pass for a museum. You have the most efficient way of getting so many people into the space without feeling crowded. They should consider some sort of a staple food truck outside, or build out some sort of a Coffee Spot of their own to bring in Revenue with themed drinks or snacks. like to Gogan green tea.

The architecture alone is worth the visit here. What an amazing building, inside and out. The place is bathed in natural light, making it such a pleasure to view the incredible art collection. The art is so very cool, and curated so well. The store on the ground floor is worth a stop, and the books sold are hard not to buy after being inspired by the art collection. Definitely park under the building as it is the most convenient. And make sure to reserve free tickets for entry as data ahead as you can.

Long queue wait to get into the building, to queue up again to put your name down to come back at an appointed time, to see a little room.
Was it worth it? Yes. Go and do it. The Infinity Room is very magical

Hurry and get there before they take down the infinity mirrored room! Other than that, the museum is great. It feels like a modern museum catering to a younger generation with its artwork. Less Mona Lisa and more Andy Warhol

It was a lovely place to visit lots of cool art exhibits to see and a mesmerizing infinity glass structure which is a cool photo opportunity to take advantage of. Aside from that you also have alot of contemporary art pieces to look at

Good museum. At first my digital guide was not working. I was not informed on how or the need to activate the device when I was handed the device after paying. I had to return to front entry downstairs to activate.
Audio/visual/video exhibit was incredible.

If you're looking for a good way to start your morning then definetly go there! Make sure to reserve your tickets a few weeks earlier other wise you will not be able to visit the museum. The day of your visit, make sure to arrive at least 45 minutes priore the opening in order to be the first. You definetly want to be the first since you'll have the chance to see and experience the room of lights.
