Sooo worth going to see and it s free! This by far the best art museum I have ever been to! We did not have tickets and the wait in line for tickets and it took probably 45mins but definitely worth it!

I'm biased but all in all it's a good museum. The 3rd floor is the permanent collection with some well known artist; Warhol, Basquiat, Liechtenstein to name a few. I personally love the left side of the main, 3rd floor gallery. It has more women artist and artist of color. The first floow is a rotating gallery space that currently holds Soul of a Nation: Art in the Age of Black Power, 1963-1983. An amazing show that's on view till Sep 2019.

FAVORITE ART MUSEUM IN LA !! My review might be slightly biased but this place is amazing. Not only does have WIDE VARIETY of interesting art but it s also affordable and conveniently located. While inside it feels really RELAXED, unlike other museums that make you feel stiff while looking around. 10/10 recommend.

There were a lot of strange things and not that pleasant to watch either. The painting "In the land of the dead stepping on the tail of a rainbow" was very cool to watch as well as "Longing for eternity". Didn't have a chance to see "The souls of millions of light years away", I would really want to but you have to reserve tickets online which I didn't. Since it is free it is kind of nice I guess

Incredibly overrated. There are a lot of museums in LA, and if you're with the right people and you just want to have a good time any of them would do. If you want to see incredible art and learn something new that might even change the way you see the world, however, this is not your best option. Go to the Getty. It's just a better museum.

There is no way to give less stars to this museum because it is free to begin with! You can get your tickets online and avoid lines, as they have a specific entry schedule. Even temporary works are free and tickets are acquired upon arrival, they send you a message to your cell phone when it is your turn. Several works recognized in this museum.

It's free. There's some real weird abstract stuff that low key sucks, but then there are some insanely impressive pieces that really make you be like "oh snap!". Plus they've got some Warhols!

If you do not make a reservation, you can give it to me. It takes about 30 minutes to enter the waiting room. It takes more than two hours to visit Infiniti Mirror. Book Infiniti Mirror on iPad as soon as you enter.

Arts gallery/ museum. Many unique arts here, good for those art lovers, or tourist whom like to kills time in LA. The part that makes me bit disappointed is the timing they gave visitor in the dark room with lighting is too little to even take for a photos which is only 45 seconds. LoL. After people Q~ing up for about an hour or more only to get into the museum, and another Q for this room. Ridiculous.

A wonderful collection of contemporary art, with sculptures and paintings from a wide range of popular artists. The audio guide was very insightful, the space itself was enjoyable to walk around (particularly as we were able to store our backpacks at the front desk!) I would definitely recommend a visit, especially as it's free (in comparison to other popular galleries in the city).

I was in and out of the Kusama Infinity Room in 30 minutes from entering the museum. Here is how: I got my ticket online 3 weeks before I knew I was going. I got it for when it opened (11am). I got in line at 10:55am on the "has a reservation side". I immediately got in line for the Kusama Room kiosk on your immediate left (by the gift shop) when I actually entered the museum. I signed up, walked around, and then got my text to go down to the Infinity Room within 20 minutes bc it was my turn. I ran down there, got in the short line of people waiting, and then was in and out by 1130am! I work a Kusama Infinity Room in Chicago, and had people tell me their pro tips on how to get in. I followed them to a T and it was easy! In the past I would do everything wrong and never get in, or would have to wait 4 hours.

An incredible blending of architecture and culture. The Broad organization has done an immeasurable job of creating a actively managed and resourceful destination in Los Angeles. The museum itself is stocked with an incredible collection of contemporary artists and the staff are all very knowledgeable of the art and the building. It's a must if you are in the downtown area.

The Broad is a gem, the perfect building to display the Broad s remarkable collection. The collection has vision, clarity, and is consistently top quality.. The one stop on the West Coast for Contemporary Art.

Reserve your ticket about 1to 2 month early. It is worth it! They have the special exhibition for Kusama. The infinity mirror room is amazing! Get in the first group in the morning and go sign up for mirror room first thing you enter the lobby.

The Broad has a great permanent exhibition. There are very interesting modern art pieces to admire! I went while the Yayoi infinity mirror exhibition was installed and its amazing. We got in line at approximately 8am and got tickets for 4:30pm. In the mean time we explored little Tokyo. You get 30 seconds in each mirror room and aren't allowed to revisit the room after you're done. There is one room at the end that is highly interactive and you can spend as long as you want in that one.

Great collection and very tasteful. We got to see the lighting works from Yayoi Kuzama, which was a highlight as well. The queue could take up to 90 minutes during weekends and as short as 5 min during the weekday. Check out their official twitter @TheBroadStandby for the estimated queue to minimise your waiting time :)

Some of the art at the museum was cool and fun to take pictures of with friends. Free admission to the museum, but parking is $15 in their garage and we had to wait around 30 minutes outside of the building to be able to enter the museum so I suggest getting advanced tickets on their website if you want to go. The people working at the museum should find a better/nicer approach to telling you to move away from the artwork before you take the picture because they tell you midway through your pictures for some reason...? The most unsatisfying part was when a worker told my friend and I that taking a picture with only a part of the artwork in the picture frame is offensive to the artist and it loses the meaning behind the artist s intention of their artwork yet everyone else did the same exact thing, but she just had to call us out on that. Honestly, why does it matter to you what goes into our pictures or not? Most people only are able to get part of the artwork into the pictures with them in it anyway. That comment ruined the rest of the experience for us and put us in a bit of a sour mood afterwards.

This is a nice museum but make sure you do online tix to go and also to go into the mirror room. You can't just show up and expect to go right in. It is a 45 second view and lots of people waiting. The wait is worth it too.

Great museum with the works of Jeff Koons, Barbara Kruger, Takashi Murakami, Jean Michel Basquiat and many more! Entrance is free but ordering your entry tickets online before coming in makes the check in process easier. There is valet parking or you can park near the side of the building with the timed slots. It's also right next to the Walt Disney concert hall and many restaurant options around like the Otium.

The architecture is fantastic. Free space that allows arrangements of mobile exhibition halls. The texture of the structural system gives dynamism to both the exterior and the heavens inside. I recommend a visit.

Love, love, love this museum. Plan ahead and get your tickets, it will save you time in line. Also, no food and drink is allowed inside. If you bring a drink in you can check it at the front, but you can t even bring food through the door so plan accordingly. Great gift shop! I can t wait to go back.

Fun museum! Admission is free! You need to get there early and get in line. We didn't get there until 30 minutes before opening and waited an hour and a half to get in. We were pretty far down the line. The exhibits were great! The museum store is worth spending time in before you leave. A fun extra are the food trucks out front of the museum as you exit. There was a great ice cream truck that had vegan ice cream.

The exhibitions are super interesting, you can take pictures without problems, just do not carry tripod or selfie stick, they will tell you not to use it. Entrance is free. Parking costs USD15.00 for 3 hours. You have to ask for your validation of the parking lot but you will pay a lot.

I would recommend to arrive early if you plan to check out Yayoi Kusama's infinite mirror artwork. To be honest, some art collections are inspiring and interesting, some are not quite of my type as I barely see that's behind the work. But as said, everyone has their own perspective and their unique vision on art, what I thought about this place only represents myself.

THE BROAD is an excellent place. Because there is no admission fee and all of the works are encouraging your creativity. The most impressive work for me is "under the table" which is huge wooden table.

The museum itself is good, but we wanted to see the Infiniti Room - no luck. Impossible to book online, by lunch time (the earliest pre-book entry time) the Infinity Room was fully booked. Very disappointed with the experience-it would be so easy to avoid it all.
