Terrible customer service. Did not uphold their word about what services they offered when we opened the account. Couldn't deliver cards, made no attempt to remedy the situation. When called to find out if new cards were issued, the banker was unhelpful. We were told to come in at which point I informed the banker if we had to come in for such a small issue we would be coming in to close the account. She was satisfied with that so apparently they don't need our money. I suggest you don't keep your money here either. So many better banks to choose from. Keeping it in our mattress would provide a better service than citizens bank offers.

Just spoke to a gentlemen who was rude and ready to get off the phone. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but it just seems like today was not this guys day and maybe he shouldn t have came to work. Just bad customer service. :(

Always use drive thru. Very friendly and efficient.

Was their fault for late fee they said they took care of it got charged for it again now account is over drafted 100 dollars closing account monday morning horrible experience lied about the features somehow was always overdrafted or late they keep charging 35 dollars every 24 hours dont come to this back it sucks and take your own hard earned money

Horrible service I have been banking here for 15 years and the last few years they never have enough tellers sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes for 2 cars is ridiculous and it s every time the wait is ridiculous

Due to their clerical error with their mobile banking app and their mobile deposit on their mistake I have to wait additional time for my check to clear very unhappy with their banking service

If there was a zero stars option, this bank would get it. ATM took two large checks, did not deposit them, did not return them. I was given the excuse that Citizens Bank does not service their own ATMs. Ten days later, still no money. Claimed I did not return an affidavit that I never received. I now have my money "provisionally," meaning it could be taken back in the next 90 days if they do not "find" my checks. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. Citizens Bank is in my rear-view mirror. Avoid this place.
