The service provided by the pension office is non existent the amount of complaints they have received about this and other matters is unbelievable , no wonder numbers of people are now turning to TPAS or the Ombudsman who are literally snowed under. There are 2 reviews wrongly on this review from local guides if it wasn`t for them the pension office would receive one star and only because zero star isn`t an option.
What a useless department. Sent 2 emails 2 months ago, still noreply. Got hold of phone no. of person I needed to speak too, someone else answered and said would ask reqired person to phone me. Still waiting. Got persons voice mail which said if I would leave my phone no. the call would be returned nothing happened yet. I left another voicemail message this morning saying this was an urgent matter still no response.
The pension office is not fit for purpose,as others have stated it is virtually impossible to contact them by any means you wish to try,they have obviously lost sight of their obligations to members.
Absolutely no help... Phoned all times of the day to have the phone put down on me..!!! Already sent 2 completed forms off to have another one arrive today but can't get through to anyone..!!! Garbage..!!! Glad I'm transferring out now..!!!
I am at my wits end .i was told i would have money into my fund on Wednesday. (Today) it is not in there. I cannot get anybody on the phone lines to answer me because they are either engaged or it is being linked into the machine. What is going on I was promised this money would be releasesd to me to today yet who can I get hold of to fined the real reason for this happening to me .there is no rhyme or reason as to how the moneys are being released .just total confusion ....
