The staff are particularly helpful here, a special mention to Carol and another blonde lady who both times were so accommodating and friendly when I was the one being a bit of a pain and not considering my doorway to couch ratio properly! The stock in the shop is also a good mix and the turn over is quick so there seems to always be new stuff. Really overall happy experience

Tried to arrange a collection before christmas via the online form and never heard back. Submitted a second form some time later after the holidays and again nothing happened. Tried to contact the store and eventually got through and still had both collection orders on their system. Arranged a collection via the phone for today, drivers arrived early and took two items but refused a third saying it was too big. Attempted to call the store all morning with no luck. Called a different branch and explained the situation, they said there should have been no real reason for the refusal. Tried customer service once and they attempted to patch us through to the store but the line went dead as soon as it connected. Tried customer service a second time and basically got told there was nothing to be done. Continued to try and call the store but nothing. Had enough.

Great service and stock. Super helpful getting stuff to the car.

Not very responsive via phone and got our delivery wrong (didn't deliver 2 items, delivered a wrong item, and lost the shelf for one of our items). When we went back to the store, they promised delivery of missing items next week, but the items never arrived and they of course didn't answer their phone for me to inquire about what happened.

The furniture there is a bit pricy for the furniture of acceptable quality (100+ for nice sofa, 150+ for nice sofa bed, 100+ for wardrobe, 100+ for mattress), and the discounted furniture usually requires some TLC.

A really unique furniture shop. Found so many interesting pieces for my flat.

Really cool and unique furniture store. Second hand furniture sold here but you know your purchase goes to towards the British Heart Foundation and the great work they do.
