Tried to arrange a collection before christmas via...

Tried to arrange a collection before christmas via the online form and never heard back. Submitted a second form some time later after the holidays and again nothing happened. Tried to contact the store and eventually got through and still had both collection orders on their system. Arranged a collection via the phone for today, drivers arrived early and took two items but refused a third saying it was too big. Attempted to call the store all morning with no luck. Called a different branch and explained the situation, they said there should have been no real reason for the refusal. Tried customer service once and they attempted to patch us through to the store but the line went dead as soon as it connected. Tried customer service a second time and basically got told there was nothing to be done. Continued to try and call the store but nothing. Had enough.
