This too bad I m on dock 4 hours now they don t loading I m not coming back this place

After only 11 months of using B-Agile stroller, it was broken (could not have the stroller to open). Call the company for the 2-year warranty but they say the best they could do was offering 30% off my next purchase because the invoice Toys R Us I submitted did not state "b-agile". I called Toys R Us to know if they could help and they told me the stroller had a recall so they could take it back and refund me. So this is how I found out this company was trying to let me use their recalled stroller and take benefit of me with giving me hard time to get a refund. Never again Britax.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE because of wait times, better off emailing them. ( I have literally called 3 times, hold times over 20 minutes each time, called the main number, operator couldn't help me, transferred me back to customer service.... still on hold now...Just want to know why my two day shipping order has not gone out yet....)

Really happy with our britax 35 infant car seat stroller combo! Really makes life easy!!

I was scheduled for a 3pm pickup. I arrived at 110pm and was loaded and leaving at 200pm. The people in shipping were very courteous and even the guy that loaded my truck, then came out to put the seal on it. I would gladly pickup here again, and pray for the same great service. Thank you Britax Child Safety Seats.

My sons car seat was recalled and I was told we would get a replacement part in the mail and its been over a month!!! If the car seat has resulted in a death and injuries, you would think you would make sending the piece a priority before another child gets hurt or killed!!! I am absolutley furious that my child is still in this car seat after a month of waiting for the new piece and something will be done about it!!!!
