After only 11 months of using B-Agile stroller, it was broken (could not have the stroller to open). Call the company for the 2-year warranty but they say the best they could do was offering 30% off my next purchase because the invoice Toys R Us I submitted did not state "b-agile". I called Toys R Us to know if they could help and they told me the stroller had a recall so they could take it back and refund me. So this is how I found out this company was trying to let me use their recalled stroller and take benefit of me with giving me hard time to get a refund. Never again Britax.
