Customer Service is HORRIBLE because of wait times, better off emailing them. ( I have literally called 3 times, hold times over 20 minutes each time, called the main number, operator couldn't help me, transferred me back to customer service.... still on hold now...Just want to know why my two day shipping order has not gone out yet....)
