I've been to goodbarns many times and have never been disappointed, the staff are always super friendly and the restaurant is always well presented with a beautiful outdoor area. Their Ribs are hands down the best in Lincolnshire, nowhere else even comes close.

Food is really good, today's risotto was lovely. Sometimes I've felt as if the steak is of lesser quality but it is prepared and presented very well. Staff are attentive and smiley and positive. I go once a month with my friend and never disappointed. It can be quite difficult to park nearby.

Food is lovely. Staff are very welcoming. Prices are fair. Even with all the restrictions in place its still well worth a visit. The only niggle I could find is table service for drinks was a bit slow, maybe either a red or green table card could be used? Or just someone coming round a bit more. Other than that a lovely night out.

Took hubby in for lunch, decided on brunch which basically is a cooked breakfast... Waited over 1/2 hour for it. Sausages were deep fried along with the hash browns. Bacon had half inch of rind on, was charcoaled and nearly cold . Egg was just cooked (a bit jelly). If it wasn't for us waiting so long and only 1/2 hour left on parking I would have thrown it back. Not impressed at all....

Proper pub. Good beer, good food and friendly staff - what more do you want? It's in a cracking spot too when the sun shines as the beer garden is superb and overlooks the river. Not too many of the toothless, trollied and tattooed mob either, so all in all good place for an ale and a steak.

With not being from the local area we decided to search places to eat for the last night of our fishing holiday and this looked OK.

There was 6 of us in out group, we walked in and the bar is right in front of the door more or less, we started to order drinks, we asked about food and got a snappy reply of "have you booked" we said no we didn't know we needed to, we was told we could eat in the bar which was fine. Some of our party had gone to the toilets which is at the back of the restaurant and over heard comments from staff saying "we're not having this" and from other diner's saying "well these are not locals" lets get one thing straight, 6 English blokes in an English pub when 3/4 of Boston is immigrants then yes we are more local! Bad atmosphere avoid this place.
