If u like warmed up chips and microwaved food this pub is a must, chef when we there couldn't cook an egg, price of the food doesn't reflect the food . Very poor

Love the food and the beers on offer. The beer is kept in good condition and the staff are always very welcoming.
Staff and food are fantastic, one of the best places in the area.
Good varied menu, fair prices. Good, roast carvery meal every Sunday & staff are always friendly, helpful & attentative.
Nice meal but no chicken or turkey alternative to the norm of beef or pork but food was good hot and we'll presented
Has a very good reputation in Boston but we did not eat here, just had a beer in the garden.
Curtailed by heavy rain, but it seemed to be a
hospitable b.
Delicious food, friendly atmosphere, great value place to meat and eat with friends.
Food was lovely and the price was good. Serve alcohol but no drinks menu. Was empty at 7 but then by 9 was almost full. Staff was polite. Enjoyed it.
Delicious food in s typically friendly pub atmosphere, many different outside and inside eating areas.
Friendly staff,great value
Great food. Great recommendation on the cider by the lady behind the bar :)
Fantastic home cooked fresh food the best place to eat in Boston
Great food had by all. Staff happy and cheerful. Good food at a good price. We'll visit again next time we're near.
Friendly staff very professional.. great outside space could do with a better selection of ale
At first glance the place was really nice and the staff were on the ball. However the food was a real disappointment due to being bland and VERY oily.
I've been to goodbarns many times and have never been disappointed, the staff are always super friendly and the restaurant is always well presented with a beautiful outdoor area. Their Ribs are hands down the best in Lincolnshire, nowhere else even comes close.
Brilliant food. Happy atmosphere. Cheerful girls. Makes the evening worth being there.
Great service, gorgeous food, good sized meals and nice atmosphere
Been using this place for over 20 years now, can honestly say I can't ever remember having a bad meal. Great food and service and a lovely garden in the back.
First impressions last and as far as I am concerned. Yes the Goodbarns Yard is an absolutely wonderful place and the staff are so very warm welcoming and 10 out of 10 for all
Great food fantastic hospitality will definitely be going again soon.
Booked in for a group of 10, after we finished not one complaint about the food, really really good food, we was made very welcome and they looked after us from start to end, highly recommend, Great service Great freshly cooked food, good portion size,
Great Riverside pub, good food and drink and lovely staff
Excelent service and meal very safe enviroment at these times
Great service every time, covid secure system very easy, foods great
Food is really good, today's risotto was lovely. Sometimes I've felt as if the steak is of lesser quality but it is prepared and presented very well. Staff are attentive and smiley and positive. I go once a month with my friend and never disappointed. It can be quite difficult to park nearby.
Always a great meal sizzling chicken is a must friendly staff and quick service.
A lovely cosy escape from the often hectic town centre, close to the Stump for a lunch break if you plan on visiting this central tourist spot.
Very good service nice food the portions are giant would reccomend and you get a nice view of the river.
Good food, took a while to come out but worth it, friendly service and reasonable prices
Good beer garden by the river, good food and drink.
Good beer, good food, nice beer garden in the summer !
Food is lovely. Staff are very welcoming. Prices are fair. Even with all the restrictions in place its still well worth a visit. The only niggle I could find is table service for drinks was a bit slow, maybe either a red or green table card could be used? Or just someone coming round a bit more. Other than that a lovely night out.
Took hubby in for lunch, decided on brunch which basically is a cooked breakfast... Waited over 1/2 hour for it. Sausages were deep fried along with the hash browns. Bacon had half inch of rind on, was charcoaled and nearly cold . Egg was just cooked (a bit jelly). If it wasn't for us waiting so long and only 1/2 hour left on parking I would have thrown it back. Not impressed at all....
Excellent service and great value meals best carvery for the price
Fantastic food at reasonable prices. The triple cooked chips are awesome and would be hard to beat.
Excellent food at reasonable prices. Brilliant service.
Food was amazing home made chips realy nice and friendly staff
Friendly staff nice & clean felt Covid 19 safe lovely tasty food steak cooked just as requested prompt service. Will definitely recommend it & go again There is also a lovely beer garden for people that would rather sit outside .
Great place too eat but book at weekend it gets mega busy
Good location and atmosphere. Nice service. The bbq ribs are the best!
Nice food in good surroundings. Staff very attentive. Definitely a good place to spend time.
Proper pub. Good beer, good food and friendly staff - what more do you want? It's in a cracking spot too when the sun shines as the beer garden is superb and overlooks the river. Not too many of the toothless, trollied and tattooed mob either, so all in all good place for an ale and a steak.
Just had a really lovely dinner would highly recommend it.
Very good meal and they give free meals on birthdays!
This is such a quaint little pub wonderful atmosphere and a great selection of fantastic food and very reasonably priced
With not being from the local area we decided to search places to eat for the last night of our fishing holiday and this looked OK.
There was 6 of us in out group, we walked in and the bar is right in front of the door more or less, we started to order drinks, we asked about food and got a snappy reply of "have you booked" we said no we didn't know we needed to, we was told we could eat in the bar which was fine. Some of our party had gone to the toilets which is at the back of the restaurant and over heard comments from staff saying "we're not having this" and from other diner's saying "well these are not locals" lets get one thing straight, 6 English blokes in an English pub when 3/4 of Boston is immigrants then yes we are more local! Bad atmosphere avoid this place.
Excellent food as always. Efficient and friendly staff.
Great food highly recommend the hickory burgar it's the good gear
Nice staff, food is alright. Not experienced beer garden, looks like a good atmosphere.
The garden is nice over the river, staff polite but some Guests makes you feel unwelcome, staring at you if you are not a local.
Excellent pint of Timothy Taylors Landlord! Good food, great staff, nice garden, good value!
Lovely meal but but portion sizes are on the larger size.
Lovely food. Polite and very helpful staff. ALWAYS helpful with my friends wheelchair. Same staff each week and has been for a long time which shows a good working atmosphere.
Great food, great beer and excellent service. Best place in Boston for service and food. Nice surroundings. Open fire.
Wanted something to eat but was told would have to wait an hour ! Not suitable as had somewhere to go next !
Goodbarns always excellent food lovely place to sit outside in the garden
