We had a wonderful experience leasing with Brinkman Property Management. Any time we had an issue or needed maintenance, they were always there timely and extremely friendly. Jacob, the maintenance manager, was incredibly helpful and it was great being able to trust him coming in and out of our apartment.
The front office management was always very responsive and if there was ever an issue, they'd attempt to resolve it quickly and professionally. We really appreciated working with Huston there as well!
Unfortunately our building was sold and is under different management now, but I would rent another property through Brinkman in a heartbeat.

Great company to work with. Real Professionals. Spoke with Jeff about finding some commercial space for my small business. He was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Brinkman.
Working with Brinkman Partners has been an awesome experience for my growing business! Since October 2012, my company has leased a space on the south side of Fort Collins. Over the years, the Brinkman team has been professional, helpful when needs arise and responsive. I have been extremely pleased and highly recommend their personable, customer-focused organization.
I would highly recommend steering away from living in ANY apt. Building that's managed by Brinkman partners. If I could rate them a ZERO I would. They are unresponsive when it comes to problems with parking issues, neighbor issues, money issues ect....All the problems stack up really fast here. I should have known it was going to be a huge issue from the beginning because even trying to sign up to live at this apt. Building was a long and hard processes. Good luck getting ahold of anyone or getting a response. Don't lease with Brinkman partners.
Brinkman is absolutely the worst company to deal with when choosing your apartment/place to live. DON'T DO IT! They lie and misrepresent their buildings, 311 N Mason for example, there is a train that will keep you up, they won't tell you and if your moving in because someone is moving out, talk to that person, not Brinkman staff. Very unfriendly and awful people, I hear from others that have or still do live in their building about ways they have been wronged, too. They are basically robots who repeat the same 'policy' over and over and have crazy fees for any and everything they can slap a fee on. The building is obviously made of cheap materials, although looks nice, the wood floors will never clean completely because they are actually some cheap material that grabs on to dirt. Awful, I can say working with Brinkman staff is the absolute worst experience I have ever had!
I am currently battling them over money that was deposited for an apartment. After they denied my application they kept not just the 100 fee but also the 150 I gave them for a deposit.
Really good scam if your a leasing agent. They told me a check was cleared last month when I know we have not received a damn thing
This company is awful. I have lived in one of their apartment complexes for two years and hope to never deal with them again. The problems started when my roommates and I complained about our upstairs neighbors for blaring music so loudly that it would shake all of the windows in our apartment. We notified management of this and they said we should go talk to them (even though we already had multiple times) and that they couldn't do anything because it wasn't quiet hours during the incident. Multiple times our upstairs neighbors would have music blaring until 3 or 4 am, so we eventually called the police to file a noise complaint. When it happened again, we went to management first to try and not get our neighbors in trouble, but they said they couldn't help at all anymore because we had chosen to involve the police, so we called the police again. Our upstairs neighbors retaliated by pounding on our door and yelling at us through it on multiple occasions. Management did nothing. Recently, right before one of them moved out, they threw raw eggs and cat feces onto our balcony. The company's first competent employee I have met who was recently hired, Earl, went to go talk to them. Still though, I don't think any real consequences were enforced. Separately, only in part due to Earl's predecessor, there were huge billing confusions. First, they forgot to charge me for parking for 3 months and then sent me an email making it sound like my fault saying I had only a couple days to respond or they would terminate my parking pass, which luckily I saw in time. Then, because of a change in billing system and incompetent employees it took them 6 months to adequately explain a leftover $140 charge when we were just trying to figure out where this charge came from. The leftover fee which was finally explained, even though we don't agree with where it came from has destroyed my credit because they had it in their system as a delinquent account. And, when I applied to a new apartment, they gave me a bad recommendation because of this leftover fee, almost costing me the apartment, over a measly $140, which is nothing compared to my monthly rent. Rent at your own risk with these people.
This is the worst rental company we have ever dealt with for rental units. The actual unit we rented is beautiful but the company is a disaster. They are disorganized and often do not answer their phones or return calls. They are inefficient at dealing with money or answering simple questions. It's like working with a bunch of children who don't know how to get anything done. Simple requests for information are met with harsh and unfriendly communication when there are simple solutions like sending a friendly email or making one phone call. For anyone who works at Brinkman it would be useful to work towards better customer service so that your customers (aka tenants) feel welcome and happy to live in your communities.
Brinkman Partners has been a great company to work with over the past several years. A nice group of people with some excellent real estate communities to be a part of.
