Brink Climate Systems Staphorst Review

We have recently acquired an elan 10 2.0 combined with an intergas water heater.
today suddenly the info screen lights up and says: FILTER, with a fan icon at rest and the info that it is 23.2 degrees. What is wrong? what should I do? why is there not just a user manual available for such an installation? If I buy something for 1.29 euros at the Action there is a manual in 20 languages. If you ask me, I find this more than ridiculous. Brink reports on the internet that a manual is not yet available for the Elan 2.0. Who will tell me what to do now? will only send a message / request to Deveko

My seller could not help me (problems with my ventilation unit). After some struggling, I contacted Brink (manufacturer) myself. Excellent after-sales service, keep their promises. I even got more than I expected. The device was out of warranty. Thank you very much!

First, a bad website for the mobile

Secondly in our new-build house is the excellent 400 and it is very noisy and when you sit down on the couch you really hear everything as noisy as a loudspeaker,

Thirdly, you cannot close a valve so that it does not suck in outside air but circulates inside because of the neighbors' stoves.

I would never have a green in my house again.

Today frima Brink contacted me about my review below. Something went wrong in the communication between the installer and Brink. Brink has promised to reimburse the flue gas discharge from the leniency. This is great and here I come back to the by my previously posted review.

Since December 2006, we have had a B10 HRd hot air boiler from Brink. Now the flue gas fan is defective for the second time and a new one has to be placed for a third time. Another cost item of around 400. Now these seem to be bad fans, but the firm brink is not prepared for a leniency arrangement. Also heard from the installation world that the warranty service of this company does not seem to be so great. Unfortunately.

Since Nov 2019 we have a Brink Flair. Fantastic device and extremely quiet compared to our previous Orcon. Even after 8 months of excellent service by automatically changing the circuit board and we can now operate the device via the app. TOP!!

We have a Brink Renovent Excellent 400 in our new-build home and I would not recommend this WtW to anyone.
The system not only makes a lot of noise in the 'normal' position, it also connects rooms with each other. In other words, if you are sitting in the living room, you can literally understand what is being said on the 1st floor.
Asked Brink for advice on how to reduce this. But instead of advice I received a referral to a subcontractor because of a 'defect'. Of course I had already done this in 1st instance.
It also took 2 months before any advice was given at all.
The next house has at least no heat recovery unit from Brink.

Since a week, have the new elan 10 hot air heating installed. The replacement for my old B8 MDG. I must confess, I miss my old hot air heater that made the room nice and warm within minutes. Perhaps the thermostat (also an old animal) was slightly higher, I am missing something in the comfort in the living room. The installer has already been 4 times and has changed the settings, it seems better now, but still .... The new Elan 10 may be more economical, but comfort remains the most important and I miss something with my new heating.
