Copper boiler tank leaked due to internal corrosio...

Copper boiler tank leaked due to internal corrosion resulting in leakage and a lot of material damage. Boiler itself functions fine, but cannot be repaired due to copper barrel failure. Copper lifetime should be many times higher than the boiler mechanism itself. It has long been used as a building material for roofs of churches and gutters of farms.

No understanding of the situation and even treated by telephone in an unprofessional manner, insufficiently prepared to assess and investigate complaints after premature and exceptional failure of HR combi, shortly out of the regular warranty period. No interest in written motivation or photo of the situation, only rely on regular warranty and conditions, which ends the service

I no longer buy products from this manufacturer and would not recommend it to another, especially because of the way of handling.

Very bad service. Cauldron destroyed by thunderstorm. Advice Itho to installation company replaced part, but there is more broken and this was not right. Then promise to contact and arrange for service yourself. Do not comply with this agreement. The weekend is now. Can only be contacted by telephone via telephone service. These are told by Itho we are not going to help those people.

Within three years the boiler broke 3 times with the necessary water damage due to leakage. Itho Daalderop has outsourced service to Service Control Inhome B.v. Itho Daalderop did not hear from / know and the service company got bogged down in all kinds of conditions, such as a mandatory purchase of a filter, while I have a water softener for the entire house.

After 6 years this expensive basic cube & coolcube thrown out the door. Very bad service from Daalderop in obtaining parts. Many installers do not support Daalderop anymore .. very understandable .. it's a pity that you have to give at least 1 star, is also not earned. Switched to a reliable brand.

cv mechanic during cv maintenance turned the knob of my boiling water 3 in 1 tap the wrong way and thus broke it. This explained to Daalderop as above. After 1 week a new tap button (complete) arrived ..... free of charge.

Called 5 times, each time more than 40 minutes on ...

Called 5 times, each time more than 40 minutes on hold. Called again today, after 49 minutes I finally got in touch and is said by "sorry I'm going to call you back next week, I now have to set priorities and help customers who are really in the cold".
The function to be called back by pressing "1" does not work. 4x not called back. Please Itho Daalderop, do something about the quality of your customer service!

Already bought a Daalderop close in boily twice, which broke down twice within 2 years. The first time we did not realize that we still had a guarantee, so that was our own fault. Now the second one is broken again. Daalderop assesses remotely, (without seeing the device, dismantling it or whatever) that just that ONE part in the entire device that has NO warranty is broken. (If I'm not mistaken, the heat exchanger) Nice and easy. In other words, we should buy a new close in boily for the third time in 4 years (at our own expense). For us never again Daalderop with the worthless service !!!!

Very bad service, after purchasing expensive daalderop basic cube with the cool cube, no company to find what service wants to do to the CV.

Now that there is no hot water and heating, we are in the cold.
after calling more than 20 companies who do not want to work on it, and with Daalderop we do not get any further and we are in the cold with the holidays in prospect!

Please do not let Daalderop talk and avoid this misery!

Wrong filters supplied for our ventilation system while they installed it themselves! now the residents themselves have to look up the type number and pass it on to Itho. then when you call everyone moves on, often after being connected 5 times you think of "never mind" Update: meanwhile we had the wrong filters for the 2nd time, there really never goes anything right there !! @

Solar water heater for the Itho Base Cube. The tap water of the CV shoots to 70-80 degrees. Because the solar water heater is not an Itho product and if the water heater does not work in between this (Vitens water is just colder) the technical Helpdesk does not want to help. In fact, they are even short and blunt on the phone. I've never experienced this way with customers. Even the installer was not taken seriously and got no understanding. Incomprehensible since the CV has the right sensor and has the NZ characteristic.

Recently moved to a new home, Remeha boilers have always had an Itho for the first time and nothing but problems. the repairs now exceed the cost of a new one and the point of no return has actually been reached. The kettle is only 6 years old and Itho's service is very poor. I strongly advise against buying an Itho Aqua max as the boiler now indicates a new malfunction!

VALUELESS BUSINESS. DELIVERS A BROKEN BOILER, WHICH HAS NEVER DONE. CONTACT US DIRECTLY, YOU WILL NOT BE ANSWERED, BUT 10X TRANSFERRED. THEY WOULD CALL ME FOR CHRISTMAS, BUT ME NEVER CALL MYSELF. SIT SINCE WITHOUT HOT WATER THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE. NEVER BEEN CALLED BY THEM. THEN THEY WOULD COME TO DELIVER THIS WEEK, BUT NOW DON'T BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THAT THE BOILER IS AVAILABLE ONLY OVER A WEEK, THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN KNOWN FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. The worst kettle ever with the only service ever. No product in stock and the boiler was broken within 7 years. Every plumber indicates that this is a very poor quality product. So don't do it.

The ventilation box is not noticeably quieter than...

The ventilation box is not noticeably quieter than the Itho ventilation box from 1992, which still worked well.
Kemkes hung the new box transversely, for no reason.
The old one hung neatly straight (see the edge of the box in the photo).
Kemkes returned because the canals were not cleaned as promised.
Conclusion: Using a glove and the vacuum cleaner myself would have given a better result and saved me E.432.00.

After our plinth boiler broke down after a little more than 5 years, I contacted Daalderop to find a compensation for the purchase / replacement of the current boiler.
This because I think +/- 5 years is a very short life for such a product. What I then got was a gentleman who could only offer me a replacement including installation by Daalderop (for a reduced price) but therefore 75, - more expensive than if I would buy a boiler separately from a 3rd party.
Daalderop did not want to help me supply the boiler with a discount (since I was offered the replacement by my own installer).

Now I have the choice to buy cheaper from a 3rd party (but without discount) with the knowledge that when a defect occurs in the future, I will be helped badly or not by Daalderop.

I therefore think that I am looking for a different brand, and I would also like to draw other people's attention to which (stiff) party they are dealing with.

One of the most expensive boilers purchased, exploded after one year.
From their office, without stopping by or looking, they were sure it was the mechanic. We were without hot water for 2 weeks before they arrived, and the whole kettle was broken from top to bottom.
After replacement (which they are still trying to tell the fitter) within 1 week the new boiler piece, and the whole tune starts again.

Bad products, even worse service.

Doing business with this firm as a company is not recommended. They sell inferior quality for a price that is way too high. They do not know service and are quickly disposed of with unfortunately we cannot do anything for you. Now I also understand the very bad reviews on this platform. Itho Daalderop you should be ashamed of your eyes !!!
One star is still too many.
Never again this very bad inferior brand for me.
What a mess!!!

What poor customer service are hiding behind installers. Be consistent and then stop selling consumer products in web stores. Price quality is hard to find. These types of companies have a problem with subsequent crises.

Parts are of very poor quality, all broken. Every week an installer comes by and then I have hot water for 2 days, then not for a few more days, and so on. First a broken cable in the heat pump would be the cause, now a few valves that need to be replaced. I wonder if it will stop there.

Contact now 6 times disconnected while you call. Nobody knows how to help you and you will be redirected. They replace a circuit board on my heat pump and after that your heat pump will not work properly for weeks and nobody knows what the problem is. What a service do you give on your product! And what a great customer service!

Very bad service! CV broken but 0.0 service from Itho Daalderop! Because of this, we are already in the cold for 3 days and without hot water. Now the weekend and nobody is accessible. 24 hour service does not want to talk to us and the Itho mechanic indicates that we have to call the head office again on Monday.

The customer service is just horrible! No interest in the client once you bought their product. I really regret choosing this company, now i'm locked with a device (WTW, HRV) for thousands of euros without ANY support from the manufacturer.
