We are a small rural fire department, and purchased six stop/slow signs a little less than 11 months ago. Two of the signs quit working, and were returned for warranty repair. After a month and a half, we called to check status, and were told the warranty does not cover abuse. Attached are pictures of the signs, showing normal scuff marks on the raised edges. There is no damage to the switches or LEDs, and the batteries were checked and operate correctly.

While the signs themselves were great for slowing or stopping traffic with their high visibility, the product is not worth the money if the manufacturer will not stand behind it. Poor customer service for Brimar Industries.

We ordered 10 custom signs from Brimar for a golf show and through the process we were sent 3 different checkout and payment forms. When we received our order we mixed the final with the second and the order was incorrect. Brimar made it right! We received our or in time for the show. In business customer support is everything. I highly recommend Brimar to everyone. Happy customer, Mark

UPDATE: The owner of the company himself called me personally to apologize for the mistake. He is overnighting at his expense a new batch of tags.
Lets be honest. No such thing as a perfect company, all companies make mistakes. The real value of a company occurs by how they respond to their mistakes. I appreciate that he called and was willing to make it right and to rush to fix it.

ORIGINAL POST: Needed 640 custom 1" tags. They were willing to send a generic sample, but I paid to have an exact sample made to approve. Once I approved that sample I placed the order. Over $800 and the final product didn't match the paid for sample. Disappointing. Font was different and smaller and the dash was missing in second line. Pricing is good.

Horrible place. I don t know how their employees can work for them. They are very unprofessional. Stay away.
