Al Khaldi Hospital is an elegant and well-organized hospital, with a very high standard of hygiene.

The staff of nurses, doctors and administrators are cooperative and friendly, and it contains several departments and a cafeteria on the first floor, but its only drawback is its very high prices compared to the rest of the hospitals, but the service is distinguished.

This hospital has proven over the years that it is a world-class hospital. It provides excellent medical care, has excellent medical team expertise, and very clean. I could not give them 5 stars because the phone answering service after mid night is not well staffed. I called from the United States around 8 a.m., which is 3 a.m. Amman time several times to ask about my mother, and no one answeref the phone.

The nursing section is miserable. They are slow and when they arrive late they don t have all their materials on hand. Doctors who are supposed to be the first to arrive come late (1 to 2 hours late) regardless of urgency.

First, I would like to thank all the employees of Al-Khaldi Hospital and Medical Center, represented by its wonderful administration, for the care and attention they provided to me during my stay in the hospital after performing two surgical operations that ended in success with praise of God. Where I found the medical and nursing staff with high efficiency and tact in dealing in addition to the distinguished hotel services and hygiene.
Al-Khalidi Hospital is the best among the undisputed hospitals.

Asalam Alikom Wa Rahmato Allah Wa Baraktoh.

Asalam Alikom Wa Rahmato Allah Wa Baraktoh.
In The Name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
We believe that "One's life is in the hand of Allah", and there is no doubt in that, it is.
The hospital needs to put a strict review on some of its doctors and their abilities.
Losing a beloved one is hard, but losing a beloved one knowing that doctors or "a doctor" could have done better, by studying and reviewing the patient's case more carefully is far far worse. I've lost a dear family member who was a close friend today due to a medical error. He was admitted to Al Khaldi Hospital while he was conscious. The doctor said that the patient needs a cerebral artery bypass procedure due to a stroke. After the surgery, the doctor had discovered that he used a small size artery than he needed. The sound of that gives me the chills. Like, how in the world you're going to do something like this? I mean, everyone in this world had went to buy a pair of shoes and I'm more than positive that the majority had left the store with the shoes that fits, do you see the picture? Nevertheless, the doctor had gone home after realizing and acknowledging his mistake, knowing that he screwed up. He went home to celebrate Christmas, he went home to spend time with family and friends and left other families in pain and suffering, and never returned to the hospital until my sibling was announced brain dead. Keep in mind that the patient next room have had something similar and also passed away. Perhaps the doctor have used a garden hoes instead.
To Dr. Morees or Maurice Dahdaleh. Whichever way you spell your name, May Allah strike you where it hurts.

In the name of of Allah the Merciful.
We believe that "one life is in the hands of God", and there is no doubt about it.
The hospital needs to put a strict review and skill determination on some doctors and their abilities.
Losing a family member or loved one is difficult, but losing one of them, knowing that doctors or a "doctor" could have done better, is far worse. The patient's condition could be studied and reviewed more carefully. Today I lost a family member and he was a close friend due to a medical error. He was admitted to Khaldi Hospital while he was conscious. The doctor said that the patient needs to perform a cerebral artery transplant due to stroke. After surgery, the doctor discovered that he used a smaller artery than the patient needed. Thinking about it gives me chills. My question is you're going to do something like that, great doctor? Imagine if someone went to the tailor to tailor trousers. Does not the tailor do all the necessary measurements and other required? But in this case my friend had no choice, and the truth is that human life is not a pair of pants. However, after he realized admitted doctor mistake, he puts artery wrong went home to celebrate Christmas, he returned to his home to spend some time with family and friends and leaving other families in pain and suffering, and no longer to the hospital even knew that his patient was brain dead. Keep in mind that the next room there was also a patient who had died. This time, the doctor might have used "barbish me" instead of the artery.
Doctors remember that your profession is the most important, it is a profession of mercy and honesty, but most of you may be stripped of it. Because of your drowsiness, and because of phones and social networking programs. I challenge any of you to enter any department in any hospital and do not see a doctor or nurse or nurse "Zshoon" or "innervated" from Facebook. Wake up, O people! Enough disregard for work Enough disregard for human life.
There is no power but from God Almighty.

Excellent hospital, 5-star services, respectable staff.
Queues fail to be organized, they have a parking lot next to the hospital from the back of the building. And also a parking lot under the building.
The most important thing is that the accountant does not wait for you at the hospital door
But get rid of the examination at the doctor, I want you to go.
Although I am from a personal experience, I just concluded the procedures and treatment and made a resonance image, and then I went to the accountant, and I worked as a discount too.
In short, a respectable hospital.

The family is still recovering from the death of a family member following medical negligence at this hospital late 2016 (which the hospital management admitted to) but took no corrective action or offered no compensatory measure whatsoever. When money instead of patient care and well-being becomes the main motivation, ethics and morals go down the drain. Avoid this hospital at all cost.

Waste of money and time!

Waste of money and time!
The ER team are veeeery slow. They neglect you and make you wait forever to check up on you and then you have to wait more to get a treatment!
The worst part of this hospital is their lack of professionalism. My father in law stayed two weeks there and doctors didn t know exactly how to handle his situation. Also the nurses aren t experienced enough and their attitude and how they treat patients , is sooo bad!
It is very overpriced for nothing in return.

Not different from government hospitals, the efficiency of the staff and their experience is very limited, as it is very slow to take the necessary measures that limit the decline of the patient's condition. Follow-up of the patient does not reflect the sufficient attention of the medical staff
