The glasses are very fashionable and timeless. The price is awesome. Approx. 10 days delivery time. The glasses fit immediately. From my point of view, I can only recommend the glasses from Brille24.

The service and quality at Brille24 is very good, but you cannot reorder replacement lenses for your sunglasses if they are scratched. So you have to throw the entire version in the trash -> is a no-go in times in which sustainability is very important. Here Brille24 should change something in the offer !!!

Disastrous experiences. A pair of glasses was deliberately sent with obvious damage. The take-back is designed in such a way that it is impossible from the customer's point of view and that the costs are incurred. Support does not respond to messages at all. Hands off, better to go to the optician on site.

I ordered 2 glasses again and I have to say that the price is unbeatable. It is already my 6th pair of glasses from Brille 24 and I am thrilled every time how well these glasses are made. Always have the thinnest glasses and have never been disappointed.

Great glasses, and for the price I give it a big buy recommendation! Use it to ride a bike and it fits perfectly. It is certainly not a design hammer, but workmanship in terms of price is unbeatable! And the glasses from Mr.Spex, Fielmann and Co are not really better, but they are many times more expensive!

I've already ordered six or seven models, two of which are sunglasses.

6 normal glasses, 2 prescription sunglasses and 1 ...

6 normal glasses, 2 prescription sunglasses and 1 varifocal glasses, for 3 people in our household, speak for themselves! We bought our first glasses about 6 years ago, and we've been happy with glasses from Brille24 ever since! Unfortunately we had 3 problems so far, but they were solved very quickly! Once a "nasal pad" was lost and once my child (teenager) even broke the nose clip! We received new pads within 2 days! We had to send in the glasses with the nose bridge problem! Complaint on Sunday, shipped on Monday and received back on Wednesday! VERY WELL!
Tried varifocal glasses a few years ago; However, the values from the Brille24 contract optician were not good and therefore the glasses were not wearable for me ... glasses sent back and the money refunded very quickly! This time I had a different optician and since today I finally have very good varifocals! VERY WELL! Visited the optician on Saturday and received the new glasses the following week on Tuesday; so in 10 days! Go to Fielmann, you will wait a lot longer!
After my first varifocal glasses and the bad experience with them, I bought titanium glasses from Apollo-Optik ... 1 time the titanium (no, was only sold that way !!!) / plastic was broken because the glasses cost a 3-digit euro There is a bad construction and now the other temple of the glasses has simply passed (it came off the plastic!) Never again Apollo! The service there was really bad! At Brille24 we always got a replacement immediately! Thank you! :-)

I paid 75 for 2 different prescription sunglasses. The glasses are fashionable, very well made and the selection of models is huge. The waiting time from order to delivery was no longer as with e.g. Fielmann.

Incorrect delivery times and unfriendly service.

After patiently waiting 2 weeks for an order from Brille24, although a delivery time of about 5 days is stated on the website, I contacted the customer service. There I received only a half-hearted apology, with the reference that the glasses are not in stock and I would be notified as soon as they are sent. No report after another two weeks.
If my sunglasses don't come until summer is over, I don't need them anymore. Very disappointing.

After 6 months, a glass fell out of my sports glasses. Complaint was not recognized because it was not a material or manufacturing defect. Brille24 is not able to repair these glasses, also with costs. 130 euros set in the sand. Conclusion: Who buys cheap, buys 2 times.
Update: Glasses were returned unrepaired, packed in simple bubble wrap. The case is gone too. Brille24 Thank you for nothing!

I like the glasses very much. Have them with a brown gradient tint and this fits really well with the frame. It's just a shame that I had a hanger in my hand after wearing it twice. I repaired it with super glue and it holds quite well so far. Hope it stays that way.

I have already bought the fourth pair of glasses and I am very satisfied. Great price, great glasses and great service. Unfortunately I had to give back the last pair of glasses and got the purchase price back without any problems.

Bought a pair of glasses in this shop via Idealo that had the status In stock . Bought, paid directly via Paypal; One week no response, no email, nothing. The order status on the website was "in progress", with the note that in the event of a possible subsequent delivery (why available then?), The item would arrive after 10-12 days. Then suddenly after a week an email from PayPal, with information about the repayment of the amount, without further information. After a telephone call, the glasses would no longer be available (Oakley Radar EV!). However, it is easily available everywhere, even from the manufacturer. Just not for the offered price of 98 . ;) For me dubious business practice!

Are too stupid to equip your glasses with shipment tracking when shipping, that has already cost me 2 glasses and a lot of nerves. I switch back to Fielmann they are more expensive, but at least I know that I will definitely get my glasses there and that I won't have to wait weeks for the support to take care of them.

Despite the low price of the frame: Nepp. Complaint / return was previously not possible because the options described on the homepage do not work. Will pay, but never order there again. In the end I paid 10% of the purchase price without wearing sunglasses.

As before, decoy offers for complete glasses for 39 . But: When ordering thinner glasses, people are supposed to use force, which then almost doubles the price of glasses. After a telephone consultation, "this cannot be turned off in the program". How pathetic. Two years ago this did not cause any problems with the same glasses with the same lens values. So by no means can be justified with glasses that are "too thick". Rip.

I have been a regular customer of Brille24 for about 3 years and I am still very satisfied with the offers, but also with the competent advice on the phone in the event of difficulties.
The customer service is always available and helps wherever it can ... in the case of a complaint from me, because the wrong eyesight was in it .... the complaint ran smoothly with free returns and I am eagerly waiting for my third new glasses :)

Note: very good!

Glasses24 meanwhile has a quality problem! I complained about two of the last 3 glasses and then annoyed returned the last pair of glasses and had my money repaid. The glasses have become so expensive over the years that you can buy them from a local optician who is not much more expensive.
Of the total of 11 glasses that I have ordered from Brille24 over the years, I only have 4 pieces, all the others went in the trash. With my sunglasses, I noticed that the tint got scratched, although it was treated with care (see photo).

... and vouchers are still being sent to you by email, which the majority of customers will probably not be able to redeem.

Old review: Why is this annoying voucher mails sent to you with discount codes (e.g. TAKETWO) that you cannot redeem due to your eyesight. You know the eyesight of your customers, then it should be possible to send emails with personalized voucher codes or not.
