I have been a customer for years. Now ordered goods worth more than 300 euros.
1. Voucher can not be redeemed (for whatever reason!)

5. Attempt to get in contact with fB (failed (you can only comment on it positively)
6th attempt to call () 4x, number free, 1 x dial tone then busy). Pohhh people, the opticians around the corner, there is also what you sell! HONESTLY!! and you can even go there if something does not fit and it even fixes it.
With this order, the glasses 24 behavior has brought me to the edge of patience. Do you realize that there are other providers that are even cheaper? and still the good old optician around the corner? that is more expensive, but there and even repairs if necessary! Hallelujah was (k) a customer service.

So I'm thrilled. My new varifocal sunglasses are wonderful. With my prescription + 8.25 such thin glasses, that's unique. My husband also has new sunglasses, put on and works. Brille 24 has been our optician for many years.

After 7 weeks of delivery for Ray Ban sunglasses, the company today canceled my order based on their terms and conditions. First the frame is not available (it is not written anywhere, it is not pointed out), then the glasses are not there yet (are made in Thailand! In Thailand !!!!!!!). And after 6 weeks you will be informed that the second delivery is also defective and you have to order again in Thailand. After I set a delivery time that corresponded 1: 1 to the delivery times from the website, they wrote me rigorously that you could not deliver. When I got a call, I got the answer that you don't let yourself be put under pressure (after 7 weeks !!!) and that the glasses weren't shipped (so ...).

With such supply chains, of course, 6 weeks are still quick! Absolute flop - how good that summer in Germany does not require sunglasses ... so soon the optician on site again!

And about the service: all very friendly ladies on the phone and in email support but nobody, absolutely nobody can do anything about this misery. It's just that and you can only apologize.

You introduce yourself as the largest online optician, that may be. But you deal with customers here as if it doesn't matter when you get your visual aid. At the optician on site you can get your glasses after 3-4 days and we are talking about months now!

I hope the management reads this and takes care of it!

Have ordered 5 glasses models (= 6 glasses, because I ordered a model twice). The prices were unbeatable. The quality of the frames is between excellent (2 models), mediocre (1 model) to bad and cheap processed (2 models). The unique selling points, which were decisive for me, are now company history. This is once the unrivaled total price (was probably only an introductory pricing policy, which should court customers from the competition), then the inclusive services for standard lenses (including lotus effect, incl. Tint) and the selection of additional colors in the tints (yellow , blue and red in the tinting levels 10%, 30% and 50%). All this does not exist anymore - and thus there is no reason for me to order glasses24, because the additional glass colors were important to me, but they have now apparently disappeared. A permanent tint, which was previously included, now costs 20 euros extra. Only the lotus effect, which was included before, costs a whopping 50 euros extra. This is completely intransparent and incomprehensible to me. Instead of 69.00 Eur all-in price with my favorite eyewear model, I would now pay 139.90 Eur. That's a price increase of over 100%. The price may be appropriate in principle for an online provider - but I get in the competition for this or a slightly higher price, a wider choice and better quality in the models of the private label. Very very bad or no service at all, if the glasses from the warranty / warranty period. After 2.5 years the matte coating of the frame has come loose on my glasses. It is a trademark version (Ray Ban Justin). I asked Brille24 for a solution. It was only referred to the expired warranty period and that one can not help me therefore. After I asked if I could offer the version not for price X and the conversion of the glasses to an optician in my area, I got this as an answer: "Regrettably we have to inform you that we do not have an alternative procedure for the exchange of the To offer frames outside the warranty, we ask for your understanding ". If this is the future, then good night! I buy my next pair of glasses again at the optician on site and certainly not in Brille24!

The glasses arrived undamaged. I had to wait a little longer for the trial glasses, but the specified delivery time for "the right glasses" was met.
I am very satisfied, only the width of the glasses is wrong, so that the glasses always slip off my nose. So I'll have to go to the optician again and have them tightened.
I ordered sunglasses with prescription. The tint at 75% is good, darker would be better, so I could have used 100%.

The quality of the glasses is really very good. Without me being there, the glasses were made so that they fit well.

Thanks to an existing glasses passport and the explanations on the website itself, it was easy for children to order glasses (in my case sunglasses with prescription glasses). Since size information is also given, my glasses fit perfectly and I have nothing to complain about in terms of quality. Gladly again!
