On first look Brilliant Blinds was my first choice, felt very welcomed into the showroom, shown lots of different options, I was satisfied with the price, and that's where the reputation ended, failed to show up for a quote with no phone call or contact as to why, and all attempts to contact them failed, with a phone that rang off the hook on several occuasions.
Excellent service from start to finish. Had my blinds installed within an excellent time frame and for a very competitive price. Staff helped me pick the blinds and rails best for my apartment that exactly meet my needs.
Avoid this company at all costs, 1st time round the fit the wrong size, promise to make it right 2nd time round and fit the wrong colour and faulty blinds. Promise to put it right 3rd time and never turn up, then tell me they will collect faulty blinds and issue refund and never turn up. I have now gone to the consumer ombudsman after informing them of this they had the cheek to tell me I ordered the wrong ones. But I have emails of them apologising to me for the error so it s only a matter of time. Please at all costs avoid this place. My partner also phoned on my behalf several times and was spoken to rudely and told to contact the owner herself. Cannot get across how poor this company are. If I had the money I would pay people to go elsewhere after what they have put my family through. 1 star is to a high of a rating
