Lovely new addition to Look Mum No Hands! No workshop here, this one feels upmarket with a mix of concrete, wood & exposed brick interior. Coffee is fantastic & food is great with vegan options.

The worst customer service ever. Fact.

The worst customer service ever. Fact.
No table service at all. Lukewarm flat whites, asked for an Americano with warm milk - it came with cold. Asked for one tea they brought us two .. the table next door were scratching around the entire place for a bottle of HP with more than a millimetre of sauce in it ... dirty plates & cups left on the tables. God knows what happens when they get a rush on ie more than the 10 customers that were in there today.....if it does look vaguely busy my advice is to avoid at all costs.

Great cafe space to work or chill out - spacious, nice array of snacks and drinks (teas, cold pressed juices, beers etc), chilled out music playlist. Visited on a warm sunny day which made things even nicer.

Very expensive. Food is very nice, though. Maccoroni and cheese is very tasty and a fair portion! The set up.of the place isn't contusive to a good atmosphere.

Good food, poor atmosphere/set up.

A great little place. Quiter than the other Look mum no hands though equally nice. Good coffee with a relaxed attitude. I have been here for a few events as well and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Tucked away, in one of the old warehouse frontages on Back Church Lane, Whitechapel.

Good selection of coffees and warm and cold food, plus daily specials.

Relaxed and spacious. Competitive prices. Recommended.

Food good!

Food good!
Coffee good!
Nice relaxed space.
HOWEVER...
Staff often rude / unprofessional - for the second time this week no one says hello or good morning, let alone a thank you after transactions.
Staff members continue private conversations with each other whilst ignoring customers.
This week staff were sat at a table, with the counter unattended, and I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order.
I have been coming here since it opened - at first I thought any shortcomings were growing pains, but this place consistently fails at the basics of customer service.

Love the vibe in here. Regular for weekend brunches and had a big friends Christmas lunch last year - which they were really accommodating with. Standards can be a little up and down, probably dependent on the chef - e.g. amount of bacon, whether it s crispy or char burnt, if you actually get scrambled eggs or omelette - but never bad and on the whole, very reasonable and good food. Their coffee is delicious and served in brightly coloured cups.
