Julio Guerrero @ Brickell Travel did an outstanding job in making the travel arrangements on our Alaskan Cruise as well as coordinating our flight to Seattle. Julio was extremely helpful in a very professional manner and the price he gave us was spectacular.

I am a regular customer of brikckell travel and my last experience led me to give a star, I asked for a normal travel quote they sent me several options, and I took the one that was most convenient for me to make the total payment. When he arrived at the airport I was surprised that the tax had not been paid by brikckell travel obviously I made the payment of said tax, and then I contacted brikckell travel, or surprise the answer. It is the airline's problem and we cannot give any solution. If the quote includes taxes ... I do not recommend them again.

Gus Machado and the rest of the staff at Brickell Travel Management set us up with a fantastic vacation. I was looking at several spots in the Caribbean for a last minute family vacation. I called Gus at Brickell and he recommended the Hard Rock Punta Cana over the others due to some adverse beach weather being experienced in the other areas I was looking at. I cannot thank him enough, the resort, service, food, accommodations and the weather were perfect. We had a great time. We will definitely be using Brickell Travel to setup our future trips. We will also be back to the Hard Rock, Punta Cana soon too.
