Slow service. Good espresso. Ice cream in affogato...
Slow service. Good espresso. Ice cream in affogato was cheap and full of ice.

I love this place! The whole upper level is a workspace open to anyone. I believe you can also rent out rooms there, too. The lower level has various items for sale made by local artists.
It s our first time here and will be our last time. We had lunch on the parade yesterday and decided to try this little cafe for coffee based on the good reviews. Sadly we didn t lfeel welcomed here because we had a little puppy with us and apparently we asked too many times if the puppy is allowed inside. We didn t have any problem with sitting outside but the way this lady served us and talked behind us was really rude. The coffees that we had weren t great either, one of our friend had a cappuccino which was watery and flat as a flat white. It s a shame because I really liked the concept of this creative cafe/shop and I was the one who asked my friends to try this. Wouldn t recommend here if you are picky about the service and quality of coffee.
I like coming here to work upstairs and have a coffee or smoothie. I value the power points and that it is ok to sit for a long time and not feel as though you are taking up space. When i order a meal or something smaller, it is always tasty and fresh. Not a cheap place, but when you walk in you know that the focus is on local business, environmental awareness and quality, not cheap choices.
Coffee great and food looks great ( haven't eaten tbere yet ).
My partner loves the store .
Great vibe, good coffee, excellent range of local art and wares, plus friendly service. I also enjoyed the community aspect of a regular workshops for various interesting pursuits
Coffee is good but I go here for the toasted chicken sandwiches... OMG shut up and take my money
Like the feel...great coffee...would be better to serve larger coffee in glassware rather than plastic based cups...would taste even better!
I went this place last year. But it s closed now. I really miss the coffee
Great little cafe within a store supporting local businesses. Delicious healthy menu options and service with a smile.
Good place for a coffee and to look at some hand made arts and craft. It is down the side of the local council building
What a great, unexpected space! Great coffee, food and design.
Great place for a work catch up. Peaceful environment coupled with lovely coffee +food!!!
Great coffee, I also tried the Rueben and it was delicious!
Interesting and unique place to share coffee and light meal over new ideas
Very cool gifts and unique arts and crafts, coffee amazing too!
Very friendly and knowledgebase staff. The merchandise unique and sustainable. Great place to get inspired by all the artisans or for a coffee with friends. Check it out for sure!
Lovely place, good vibe, beautiful hand crafted bits and pieces. Great place to find a unique gift made locally!
Best coffee in Norwood, great food, lovely service.
Tasty food. Good service. Lovely things to buy. Nice atmosphere.
Nice coffee, cakes, slices. Creative & yummy breakfast and lunch options. The shop has really nice things for sale.
Beautiful shop, lovely staff and the food was to die for
Excellent cafe and creative space with awesome coffee and food and amazing gifts from local makers...
Highly recommend checking it out and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and specialty hospitality and crafts.
Come for (breakfast/shop) Stay for the (shop/breakfast).
They didn t disappoint. We spent the first 10 minutes looking at all the great gift ideas in the shop. Much of it is made by local artisans or Australian designers. Our two year old daughter was drawn to the free (while dining) toys. The friendly staff grabbed us a high chair, we grabbed a few toys for our daughter, and sat down at one of the many table options (There are a couple tables outside as well).
The prices for breakfast are quite good. The poached eggs served on yummy sourdough where a favourite, and the toastie was quite good as well. The only pricey but was the side of avocado. For $3.50 we only got three slivers. But, they made up for it by meeting our request for a free side of milk for our daughter s oats.
The coffee, served in really cool cups made out of recycled organic leftovers from the coffee making process (that s what I think the sign said), was exceptional. You can buy the cups in store.
I ve only been to a few cafes in Adelaide. But this just might be my favourite thus far. It certainly has a better indoor layout than anything on the Gold Coast.
Always walking pass this place right by the parade and one day decided to check it out, best decision ever! I am glad I ve found this cute little cafe. Brick plus Mortar gives off amazing vibes and has an even more amazing interior. With its beautifully decorated interior, they serve delicious coffees and an amazing range of breakfast and brunch/lunch deals. The food here is inexpensive - you get what you re paying for! Also if you re looking for a gift maybe for a birthday present, this could be the place for you since they sell really nice looking home decor. Overall had a beyond exceptional experience with service too and next time I will bring a friend or too for a nice brunch =)
Great coffee, yummy food and toys for children to play with. Always friendly staff.
Such a beautiful, friendly and creative space - love it!
This is a good place to have a brekky and buy some locally made designer goods. There is a children corner with some toys/crayons/ books for little ones.
Lovely space to show case local designers and products. Fun and creative class
The best place in Adelaide to see the latest contemporary art and design products. The coffee is fantastic and the staff is lovely.
Great atmosphere, interesting goodies to browse and purchase. Very good food and staff
Lovely gift shop and cafe offering an excellent brunch.
An interesting selection of unique pieces make for a good place to come and visit if you're looking for a boutique gift. Coffee was okay, macchiato especially so, though a glass vessel with no handle (for a latte) made for an interesting time trying to drink the hot beverage. The soup was quite good, eggs cooked well too, but the charge for a small amount of bacon seemed a little steep for me (could have been cooked a little less too, personal preference)
Worth a look in, maybe it appeals to a different taste.
This place serves great coffee and has a nice workspace upstairs with communal tables and benches to collaborate from. WiFi is pretty quick but you only get 150MB for free. I visited on the weekend and it was quite a bustling little place. Food looked great and there s a display of artists work downstairs that you can purchase. #BeatTheGrind
Great coffee (and very nice avocado stack) with looks of local and unique gifts
Great coffee, meals and service and a wonderful range of things to browse and buy. The upstairs space is also perfect for a meeting over a great cup of tea.
Best Soy Cap ever. Friendly staff, nice working space. Definitely my favorite cafe:)
Gorgeous little shop with a great cafe. Lots of vegan friendly options and pretty affordable.
The Nori bowl is excellent. Great space for meetings and to support local artists
Delicious food and so much great design! Keep up the great work.
A great spot to work with wifi. There is a free co-working space upstairs with unique decor and an amazing cafe on the ground level. Staff is super nice and coffee is amazing. Plenty of free car parking in the adjacent block. I regularly use the space to work. It's a quite spot with tables, benches and water provided. If you don't have an office and need a comfortable space to work, this is it.
Great Cafe. The coffee is really good and the menu is enticing.
This is a generous space with tables and seating in the main Cafe area as well as upstairs. There is a lift so mobility impaired people aren't left out.
The arts and crafts on display and sale are all good quality and seem well priced. Occasionally you can see the artists at work and have a chat about their work.
Look out for their workshops too.
Lovely food and coffee. Cosy calm atmosphere.
Sells lovely locally made products and art.
Great experience. Good food, super friendly staff & lovely arts and crafts. All round lovely spot for lunch.
Food is pretty decent if on the limited range side. Service is ok.
