Gordon Guffey performed a home inspection on a single family home we were purchasing. He has over 20-years experience is thorough, detailed, and knows his stuff! He took time to explain things that came up on the inspection and provided context and perspective on how important it was to address immediately vs. down the road. We had some follow-up questions after the report was completed and we got an immediate response.
Mark Goodman came when we needed him as we are from out of state and needed an inspection for a condo we have under contract in St. Louis. He was very thorough on every detail and explained every necessary cutoff and switch for our use in the future. He went out of his way to discuss items not even necessary to complete the inspection. I would recommend him and Brewer for any inspection need.

Mark Goodman was incredible. I literally felt like I was on an episode of "This Old House" while he took us through our inspection process. Being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and hesitations, along with a lot to learn. Mark made us feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. I am a first time homebuyer so I was not familiar with the initial process of inspections. I met Mark on-site and not only was he very thorough, he walked me through every aspect of my new home. He showed me where there were issues and explained to me how it should be repaired and what to expect.
