Our pets have been enjoying visits from Waggers for several years now. Sitters make sure to provide a little love, along with the potty breaks. Always on time and quick to communicate the outcome of their visits or any concerns. I highly recommend Waggers!
We have been using Waggers as a pet sitter for our dog Baloo for a few years now. They are awesome! Everything is always wonderful when we return home. Baloo is always so happy and our home is in order. The sitter sends texts while we are away to let us know how he is doing with a sweet picture or two. I love that! Very caring and patient and always on time. I would definitely recommend Waggers!
Just recently used Waggers last week and loved it! This was my first time using a dog walking service instead of boarding and I was a little nervous haha. But Tammy, the owner, was so personable and understanding. The sitter, Tania, was A1. So attentive and she has a very kind spirit! I actually liked this more than boarding due to my dog's timid nature and her age. Especially appreciated the pictures while I was away. I will be using them again and definitely recommend them to others!
Runs a very untrustworthy operation. Charged my card on Sunday and then sends me an email on Wednesday telling me that the walker that walks my 45 pound dog told her that my dog allegedly lunged at a smaller dog on Friday during their walk. Mind you, I was home on Friday and nothing was said when the walker returned the dog to my home. Nothing was said all weekend long, then I receive some email 5 days later that the walker will walk the dog this coming Friday but that will be the last time because they feel uncomfortable. The walker that was walking my dog was an older lady as in 60 years old and the owner stated she had no other options, really? Why in the world would she even come back if she is "uncomfortable"? Why not pick up the phone and call a customer? Why would the dog walker not mention the incident directly to me, she has my cell phone number? The entire situation is just odd. The same walker has been walking my dog since the beginning of October and has never reported an issue previously. Waggers should at minimum pick up the phone and call a paying customer if they are basically canceling their account with no options. Thanks for nothing!
We were referred to Waggers by another pet sitter who no longer was servicing our area. We have two senior dogs and were understandably nervous about leaving them with anyone new. However, we could not be more grateful and appreciative of the service provided by Waggers Pet Sitting.
Our dog, Lola, had a mini-stroke while we were away from home. We were worried sick! As we packed up and turned back from our destination in the mountains, Allison took charge. She met the sitter at our house to help her with Lola. She communicated with us all morning as we figured out what to do and how to do it. Allison and Susan (our wonderful pet sitter) then took Lola to the vet so she would be evaluated and safe until we returned. Both Allison and Susan are true and responsible animal lovers. Lola is now recovering well and we are certainly cheerleaders for Waggers! Thank you!
We recently moved to the area and I needed a sitter to come out daily to take care of my cats while we went on vacation. I have one cat who is 17 and requires daily blood pressure medicine so I needed someone I could trust. After reading many reviews, I chose Waggers and I am so glad I did. Communication with Shani and then our sitter Susan was quick and easy. Susan came in each day to take care of both of my cats and sent daily pictures and updates. It made my vacation so much easier knowing my beloved cats were in such great hands. I will definitely be using Waggers and Susan again. Thank you!
Waggers is a great service. The sitters are very reliable and they communicate very well. They are excellent to work for and I've never had a problem. I've used a few services prior to Waggers but after using Waggers I've stuck with them.
On behalf of myself, my wife, and Bruno and Seaver I would like to give a big shout out to Waggers Pet Sitting and Shani. Shani was nothing short of amazing and excellent. Shani showed up on time both days, sent texts and photos throughout her stay with the boys, and fed the boys each day. We were able to enjoy our son's wedding without worrying about Bruno and Seaver. I would highly recommend Waggers Pet Sitting.
Updating my review have been using Waggers for 3 years+ to walk our two dogs daily and do home sitting. The walkers are great and some send me messages with updates and photos. They go above and beyond to ensure my pups are well cared for when I am not around. We also used Waggers when we went out of town for a weekend and had zero issues, my dogs were happy and healthy. They also have a great online payment system where I can keep track of invoices and make payments in about 2 clicks. Very easy and reliable, helpful with questions and schedule changes, and they are insured!
