We have been going to Breuninger Stuttgart for a long time and regularly and are always looking forward to the shopping experience there. It is very interesting or rather unbelievable that some reviews here criticize the high prices! Fortunately, each person can decide for themselves where and how much money they spend and is not forced to anything. I see the Breuninger exclusively fair EIA prices and have even experienced that these are partly below the EIA-in the sale anyway ... here you can buy real bargains.
We are mostly in the children's department and in the men's Exquisit / Premium department on the road and are always excellent advice and care. That's why I'm taking here and now is the time for a comprehensive review.
In the children's department we always find something, in every price category - whether simple or for a special occasion. The staff here are very friendly, extremely helpful and offer very helpful advice.
In the men's Exquisit / Premium department, I like to buy myself (even if I sometimes have to save on it :)) You will be advised here during the purchase very professional and at the same time no pressure is exerted which is personally important to me. I have been to the Exquisit department many times and have been treated the same every time, even though I did not buy anything. The service is not intrusive and you can take enough time to try on and think.
At this point I would like to especially thank Ms. Troiano, who has since advised me more often. It combines an excellent product knowledge, with a pronounced customer proximity and above all a very family- and child-friendly behavior. I felt extremely well advised with her and was even more satisfied with the loving and authentic way we treated our child.
The Breuninger Haus in Stuttgart is very customer-oriented. You can feel that customer satisfaction has a very high priority. Of course, while a company is always concerned with maximizing profits, this retail has not forgotten how important the constant appreciative approach to the customer is.

Not to be despised is that the online store guarantees equally demanding customer service and overall processing.

Great selection, friendly staff.
The beauty department is diverse and the offer in the underwear department you will always find something in its size

Still the best address for high quality clothing in Stuttgart.
The selection is quite large and can easily keep up with the Alsterhaus / Oberpollinger. The "trend" and shoe department even tops the houses just mentioned.
Only the Premium Accessories department is smaller.
The staff is mostly totally friendly, of course, there are exceptions / slips everywhere.
Those who (supposedly) feel wrongly viewed here should perhaps first work on their self-esteem instead of constantly interpreting everything.

Especially for lovers of branded goods a very good address

I am happy to go here on Saturday. It's overflowing, but here's how it looks like in a department store.
I start shopping at the barber. But you should have an appointment otherwise it will not work. Then I buy my stuff here.
You will find here a large selection of clothing for men and women and a not so large selection of shoes.
With a restaurant visit above we conclude the purchase.

You can tell the renovations to some places. The department store goes with the times.

There are lots of nice clothes and it's just a nice place to walk around and have a look

When picking up an (God doesn't know cheap) order, I was pampered listlessly from start to finish! Incredible! CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO !!!!

Top shopping center. One finds from all higher-priced brands a huge selection. Priced quite high for a great service of the sales ladies. I was impressed with the selection of suits. Breuninger Card also highly recommended. It was a pleasure!!

Come often. That's fun. Everything is extra expensive. But just Breuninger. Great offer and the staff can be trusted. Very hard to fulfill your wishes. I have found that they are honest and courteous to advise you, especially sincerely and do not want to impose anything on you.

So we love Breuninger for a nice and high quality ambience, here are very exclusive things. What we like most is the children's hairdresser. For 19 euros children, or girls from 2 years get a beautiful cut including lichens and glitter spray))). For parents who want to shop in peace, there is a child care (from 18 months). If you get hungry, there is a nice, cozy restaurant, with a children's play area. And that's not enough - the children eat here for 0.50 euros per year. There is a choice of spaetzle with meatballs, chips with turkey schnitzel, pasta with tomato sauce, pelmeni with potato salad. All dishes are freshly prepared and taste delicious. For adults there are fresh salads and a variety of dishes to choose from - such as burgers with fries, fish, Asian dishes, soups etc. and of course pies and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. So go shopping and dine!

For Breuninger I would give 5 points! We are there regularly, have very competent advice and are very satisfied with the quality even if it has its price. However, the small landlords of the area with said advice & quality can not keep up!
Thomas Sabo, does not accept jewelry for cleaning, gives household cleaning tips that have now destroyed the bracelet. The lady (s) would like to (n) look beautiful on the surface, advice is then too much to ask. "Consultant" has no desire, is very annoyed & bored. Therefore deducted 2 points!

Shopping for all tastes, sometimes I was having a hard time with the orientation.

Breuninger in Stuttgart, the parent company of all branches in Germany. Opened in 1881 and since the top dog in the Swabian metropolis. The Stuttgart in itself, according to Breuninger is already born with the customer card ... * throat *

Breuninger is already an institution, you have to admit. All major luxury brands are represented here with their own shops or soft shops. The ground floor, full of luxury, accessories, and perfumery, where you also like sprayed unsolicited - does not work!

The ladies have a shoe department that seeks their comparison, but for men, the offer is rather mau. Here's the standard. You can get D'Squared and Prada everywhere and especially the models are not.

Typical of Breuninger in Stuttgart is the winding construction. Here, over the years, was constantly growing and you walk through the architecture of the decades. Through various conversion actions, one or the other department also changes its location.

All right, I went in, wanted to go into customer service and ran my rounds. A little unnerved and after various questions, I discovered him behind the suitcase exhibition ... a little dizzy signposted and if you do not know the store, you run nice in a circle.

But what bothers me the most is the cocky posturing of some employees. They run past one as if they were air. Ok, I can already understand that in the Swabian metropolis Rick Owens, Azizi, Premiata, etc do not know and react only to boldly designed brands. As soon as a customer with an oversized player passed a Polo Ralph Lauren shirt, the staff hurried after. One should know, however, the bigger the horse, the empty the wallet! ;-)

It was more fun in the exquisite trend. The staff were helpful and unobtrusive. Unfortunately, the department in the reduction phase is a bit chaotic, but the staff are happy to help. Authentic just. You can walk around in style and just live out.
Unfortunately, the exquisite and premium looks different. You do not feel welcome or just ignored. Hey, I am also a customer, also a Breuninger Card customer ...!

The restoration area on the ground floor is pretty quirky. People sit there and have their faces covered in air that can only be enjoyed with respiratory protection. After 5 minutes I get a headache there ... on the one hand from this air impregnated with perfume and on the other hand from these superficial and fake people who take themselves too seriously.

You can find everything you need in excellent quality. In my opinion, employees are sufficiently and absolutely motivated. One reason to prefer personal visits to online business!

Shopping in a very nice atmosphere. High level with a great selection and very good advice. The gastronomy is also recommended. Breuninger is simply part of Stuttgart.

The selection is impressive. It takes some time to find your way around.

So sometimes you can not believe that there are employees with you, they are dressed so inappropriately and the hair has not seen a comb for days. It's really a shame. Some employees make an effort and take the time to look after themselves and others come to work with their Sunday outfit. That really has to be observed by the personnel management. Otherwise, a lot of employees are friendly and helpful. I always enjoy shopping with you.

Depends entirely on the department. I have had many good and some less good experiences, especially when it comes to customer advice. I have been going to Breuninger in Stuttgart for a long time and I currently miss a larger subway area. Of course, the prices of some items of clothing cause me a lack of understanding. Nevertheless, I like to go shopping there.

After I phoned today with her extremely competent customer service I was offered a solution and apologized many times. This is the service I know from Breuninger. I hope the exchange runs smoothly, but I'm assuming that.

Breuninger is and remains the most comfortable and best furnished department store in Stuttgart.

Breuninger stop. But surely one or the best dealer in Stuttgart on the large area. If you don't feel like walking a lot, you can get almost everything there.

Gucci store great advice. Burberry could still grow staff.
