My new favorite restaurant in West LA! Amazingly fresh seafood, fantastic service & a gorgeous patio. Perfect spot to grab lunch or post-work drinks & bites!

It was our first time eating here and the four of us found lots of choices to order from the menu. They did run out of mussels and a few desserts, but it was expected since it was a holiday weekend. We ordered a sushi roll, calamari, blackened wild Ono sandwiches with bacon brussels sprouts, fish and chips, Caesar salads, and drinks.

I've gotten pickier and pickier after 10+ years in LA, and it had been a long time since a place really surprised me with how flat-out good the food was.

Great place. The food is to die for. I was blown away by the salad and clam chowder. Our server Jeremy is Amazing we will be back.

A preferred scene for delicious Seafood. Food was so tasty. I will probably become a regular. The place has a great feel to it.

We tried to make a reservation a day before but it was fully booked. We decided to walk in. It opens at 5:30 and we arrived at5:15. There was already a couple waiting. The walk-in is for a counter which 5 ppl can fit in. We we're lucky to get 2 seats.

Amazing food and nice scenery. Went here will I was visiting SF and couldn't be happier. Food did take awhile to come out but it was around the holidays and place was packed.

Excellent food (pacific cod, clam chowder and shellfish platter), drink (escape from Alcatraz and lipstick lemon) and waiter (Michael). Beautiful sunset, perfect evening.

Been dinning since it open. Very close to our house, best service , always good food. Was never disappointed. Highly recommended.

The food was great. Loved the mini lobster rolls and the tuna on black rice! Our server, Nick, was amazing. Will definitely come back!

Our waiter Justin, was absolutely awesome! He really knows his wines and what pairs right together!

This place has been consistently good. Their fish dishes are really good with a side of fried rice and cole slaw. Their customer service is excellent. Will definitely stop by more often.

Good food but do not park your car with Valet
Don't park with Brentwood gardens Valet. They steal my stuff from my car trunk. We went to Bottlefish for Dinner on Friday 1/13/17 left my car with valet, later found out that my stuff from trunk missing. I complain to Valet company ""Quality parking". They reply we are not responsible for any item missing. Sorry Quality parking my item were in looked trunk. Your Valet broke into my trunk. Brentwood Gardens should change the Valet Company or they will lose their neighbourhood customers and their tenant. Very Sad Brentwood Gardens for supporting Quality parking Valet company.

Outstanding food !!! Clam chowder, Alaskan halibut, chocolate banana bread pudding, and blondie w/ice cream was divine. My waiter, Tyler, recommended everything I ate, and I was in food heaven. Thank you Fog Harbor Fish House for making my Friday night in San Francisco memorable

Seafood and the atmosphere at this location is great. the place has a cool atmosphere. similar to a cafe in las vegas i loved.

Excellent food and service. Beautiful airy space. Quite modern. The glasses were dirty, though.

The owners are from Sardinia (an island off the coast of Italy) and specialize in traditional Sardinian cuisine, which is in my opinion even more delicious than traditional Italian. I've never felt so much homemade love and authenticity in a restaurant before. Absolutely every single thing on the menu is simply fantastic but I recommend sticking to the classics.

Great fresh seafood. Great view and outstanding service. Prices were prey high, but in line with tourist spots in fisherman's wharf. Recommended.

Opened Dec 7 2016. Nice design! Moderately high end but casual atmosphere. Menu is Seafood centric almost like a steakhouse for fish. Many shareable plates and excellent options for the pescatarian ladies in your life. Special crafted cocktails are 17$ watch out! Definitely worth a visit. Easy place to take family or date night. CRAB CAKE!!!

Excellent food!!! Perhaps tonight was an off night with the kitchen and the staff as food came out wrong and staff was very short.. still going to come back for the food!!

The baby octopus stew is truly the winner here. Slightly spicy, excellent flavor, tender baby octopus. I like to pair it with the flatbread, so that I can scoop up every last drop of stew!

Ordered cocktail shrimp, dozen of oysters and the famous bread + soup dish! Great place near fisherman's wharf and always super busy! Was a quick wait even with all the tourists. Service was mediocre

Amazing! Austin is a fantastic host. Food is delicious and fresh. The menu is well designed, and execution is flawless

OMG! The food here is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is very small. The seating space is tight inside. There is always a wait, but it is worth it. Their service is fast, but they do serve you in a modest way so they are not rushing you to leave after eating. There is on-street meter parking.

Very delicious dinner for me and my boyfriend's anniversary! Eating outside was still enjoyable! They validate one hour parking too which is nice. The little bread rolls are yummy too! Clam chowder was really good!!! a little to sweet on the strawberry lemonade but not to big of a deal. The lobsters were delicious!

If you are a seafood lover then this place is for you.
The location is convenient in the heart of brentwood. Parking garage and valet with validation is in the same building which makes it easy.

Lots of fantastic options on a decent sized menu.
The Grand appetizer plate was fantastic. The tuna tartare was really good. Although I thought they should ve had a few more shrimp and less oysters on it but that s personal preference.
The Branzino was amazing. Very buttery and delicious. The labneh on top of it doesn t really taste like labneh but rather closer to yogurt but that s fine. The curry in the lentils are a bit dominant for the people who don t like that flavor.
The crab cakes were some of the best we ve had but I felt like there was heavy cream in them so they would be a full course and not an appetizer if you eat it by yourself.
The Salmon was good and black cod was okay as well.
The drinks were good.

Overall a good place for seafood lovers.

Service from Perry was very good. Very helpful and friendly. Also, brought in one of our ordered desserts with a candle in it for the person we were celebrating their birthday with.

They have vegan and meat options but if that s what you like I wouldn t be eating it here. The ribs were below mediocre. Maybe stick with a steak or cheeseburger if you re with company and don t like seafood.

Nice atmosphere, good service and convenient parking. Although they tried very hard to be innovative with the food, I did not find the result very exciting. They could have done more.

We ordered the cioppino which was very good. We added lobster and it was very delicious. We also ordered the fish and chips which were good but no salt. The fish definitely needed flavor and salt. Service was good and the restaurant is nice.

Fantastic service and meal!! A group of 7 enjoyed the Seafood chowder, pasta, steak, fish & chips. The best seafood we have had in San Fran!!! The waitress was very nice and explained menu etc well!!

Our server, Janna, was the best. Yes, everyone knows the ambiance, food and drinks are all top-notch and well worth the money, but what really set food place apart is how our server was professional, personal, and fun. Brava!

My stomach wasn't feeling great that night and she prepared her own drink recipe for me that really helped!

The branzino is knock-your-top hat off wonderful as well!

Food is good. Tables nicely separated in a modern setting so you can have conversation. Makes for pleasant dining with friends. Service good ,not rushed.

Happened upon this place after landing in CA and needed a late lunch/early dinner. Very relaxing atmosphere, nicely decorated. Had the mussels Mariniere and a great salad with a fabulous glass of wine. Food was great, service was awesome!

The parking was easy, the restaurant lovely and no complaints about the service. The food at best average ,served only with a few arugula leaves all sides extra including bread. We had to send back the brussel sprouts which were burned in the deep fryer.

Nice place to enjoy the sunset with friends or family. Seafood is really fresh and properly cooked. Waiters are nice and professional. Would definitely visit again.

Our group of four was super excited to try everything, but we ended up settling on sharing the following: calamari, baby octopus stew, spaghetti with shaved bottarga, uni pasta with shaved tuna heart, and squid ink pasta. For dessert we shared the ricotta and toasted almond dish.

Tasty and perfectly-prepared food, friendly and efficient service. Minimal wait for reserved table, and staff kindly gave free appetizer as acknowledgement. One drawback: excessive price. For example, ordered the diver scallops main dish and only 3 scallops came with order for $35.

Mario's was closed today, there is a sign by the door, not sure what it states but it's all locked up with security doors and lights out. Hoping just closed during this pandemic! I give it a star hoping they come back! If the owner or manager reads this message, please give us hope!!

Seafood was on point! I had scallops and crab risotto. Wonderful crunks of crab and nice scallops.

Sleek, expensive, luxurious and absolutely beautiful yet still a neighborhood place feeling. The service? When I called about parking, the manager ran two flights down to found out the details. Extraordinary! They have the finest fish and seafood with fairly trendy sides to go along with them.

Brussel sprouts, tuna on crispy rice and Moscow mules are DELISH!

The patio is and definitely order the salmon gravlax and lobster avo toast!!

My partner and I technically dined here two years ago, but we still talk about it all the time - by far the best meal I've ever had on vacation.

Great views, great food and not touristy! My first worry was where it was located and it would be just another tourist trap. Nope, I was wrong. Absolutely spectacular view and the crab cakes were on point! I got the mixed seafood grill which was also amazing. The service was spectacular as well!

They got bottles, and they got fish. I love a place that lives up to its name.

Excellent! I was remarkably surprised at the quality of food and service. It's right on the boardwalk, and these types of places are usually good, but not great. Happy to find this place, as we have another go-to seafood place other than only Scoma's.

Wow! This is one of the best seafood restaurants. I have ever been at. Everything we had was fresh and tasted fanatic. I highly recommend the crab cakes and the sole milanese. Go here, you will not be disappointed.

Hoooooooooooly Shuck. Two words. Garlic bread. Two more words. Crab cakes. Do I dare say two more words? Caesar salad. This place was a dream reminding me of my East Hampton hometown and a vacay in southern Italy. I miss eating here already.

No napkons no silverware settings the nastiest mojitos ever false advertising horrible service wow i thought i was Brentwood.....guess not at thos establishment!

Great place! The seafood roe pasta is crazy-good. I wish they would offer smaller portions or half orders, so 2 could sample (or 1 guy alone) more than 1 dish. When I come back solo, i will try the gnocchetti. That looked great

Fresh and delicious food. They were very timely with the drinks. The view is impressive as the ambiance is very calm. We happen to have a great service from Gia so that really helped. Thank you Gia!

Went here for my friend's birthday, had a 7pm reservation. Didn't have to wait to be seated, service was prompt and attentive and the servers were very knowledgeable and friendly. We shared the stracciatella salad (on special) with heart of burrata, the baby octopus stew, the spaghetti with cured fish roe, the sea urchin fettuccine, the pan roasted pork loin, and the Sardinian ricotta and saffron cake honey for dessert. Everything was delicious and easily shareable. We also shared reasonably priced bottle of wine, it was very nice. I had mentioned it was my friend's birthday when I made the reservation and dessert came with a candle in it :) Will definitely be back!

Bottlefish Restaurant was the greatest waiter! So helpful and suggestive about what was good and fitting for our mood. I would come here again and again. The best clam chowder in town!

My family and I had been looking for a new place to dine. We decided to check out 'Bottlefish Restaurant' (by recommendation) we were seated right away. The waiter was very attentive and service was very fast. Since we were a party of 7, we ordered a few dishes. Everything was delicious and so comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Food was very delicious, service was super attentive, all of the employees walk around with smiles on their faces for some reason.

Food was on par; atmosphere, too (our third visit in 6 months). Jane, our server, was knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and charming! The entire staff has always been welcoming and courteous, as well. Perfect San Francisco experience!

Delicious place! Had such nice service (By a sweet man named Eddie) and the food was inexpensive and so amazing! Definitely recommend.

Superb lobster bisque ance even better scallops. Very nice atmosphere as well.

Amateur hour! Every oyster had shells in it. The cioppino was something that a six-year-old put together. Few cut up squid few pieces of fish and four pieces of clams. The servers were lazy in cleaning up table with finished dish. I have better service experience at Chick-fil-A than here.

The buttermilk chicken sandwich was dry and bland. The wait time,was over an hour! Food quality has deteriorated since it first opened.
