Beautiful, fantastic location right in Times Square
Albeit quite pricey, it's New York, its beautiful. I'm already raving about the hotel. Whatever you do, don't forget to tip you bell man, etc. Some of them are rude enough to stay in your presence until you do...but the overall experience was fantastic!
A really great hotel right on Time Square. Our room was very clean and the hotel makes a good impression. We did not eat here. We can recommend it as it is also a short distance to the sights
The restaurant was amazing and so was the view. The staff were incredibly gracious towards our special night and we are very thankful for the complementary dessert.
Staff is very friendly. The lobby and restaurant are clean and look great.
great location and place for a convention . great staff!
It was a great venue but navigation was difficult. Finding the place wasn't too bad but getting around inside was a hassel.
Nice hotel located right in the heart of Time Square. Elevators can be frustrating. Understand the "express" idea but fighting to get on during high traffic times can be frustrating. Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great gift shop. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The space is comfortable and very functional. The handling of the elevators is excellent
Beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing!
The hotel is beautiful. The atrium is so open and beautiful. There is a great bar on the 8th floor that overlooks Times Square and The View restaurant at the top floor (48th) that rotate for views of the whole city. The elevator rides are breathtaking with the glass elevator in the center of the atrium as well. It is a great location as a jumping off point to see the city or just a place to grab dinner or drinks before a show.
Very clean, great view, helpful staff. no complaints.
Good and spacious rooms and if you get a room with a view of times square and perfect
It was a first class service! Hats off to the incredible staff who helped with our presentation. They even provided an extra room to accommodate additional guests. The suites were fit for a king. I will be using you next year. The Best of the Best.
Sat on the patio. Great atmosphere, expensive drinks (expected). Will certainly be back again
Great location! Amazing rooms BUT The worst staff that I had to deal with in my life! From the bell keepers when we first arrived to the terrible reception and even the house keepers they came a day and skipped another..
And not to mention the waiters during breakfast, the breakfast costs 40$ for no apparent reason! Even the guy that is on the egg station was angry and aggressive!
And for some crazy reason the bell men decided to enter our rooms an hour before our check out and close our luggage and take them! What a breach of privacy and security that is! Under what circumstances can someone close my suitcase for me?
I mean what s wrong with people are they under paid or is it too much work? There must be a solution for this!
Better to stay in a smaller hotel where you will be treated with some decency! A big change in the management need to happen in which they can motivate there employees in a way or another!
Xx
Ps picture of room view! It s time square but ..... like you see!
Went there to see On Your Feet. Was a very good venue for shows.
Beautiful hotel in an amazing area. Couldn t want for Better. Highly recommend
The rooms are really nice and the views are fantastic!
Love this location. Good staff. Impressive and modern hotel. Right in the heart of Time Square. Rooms are spacious for NY hotels.
Great location at times square but limited restos in house. Lounge had a perfect evening view of TS action. Super expensive drinks tho. But then this is New York at Times Square after all. Rooms are ok. I didn't really like the hotel layout. I've stayed at nicer boutique and mid-range hotels in same area.
There's a bar with a great view of the Times Square
Bathrooms were locked. Starbucks got our order wrong. We love Marriott and this hotel specifically. This particular visit was not the best though.
It's nice and comfortable and around all the things you'd want to see in ny
Helpful staff, clean, great food, easy to navigate.
Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. And discriminating is obvious in their treatment.
The food was subpar but the conference space was decent
Great view of the Timesquare (Fl.42 / Ro.15). Clean rooms, quick information, room service for breakfast, help with the taxi search by the staff. If necessary, the suitcases will be picked up and labeled on departure if you leave later than you have to leave the room.
They have extremely comfy chairs and an interesting elevator system
We went there in the night time, we had spectacular views overlooking the city as we slowly but surely revolved around the city, starters were average, but the main (steak) were absolutely amazing, up there with the best I have ever had, the dessert was very good. The staff were very good without being over attentive, altogether we had a great evening. The only issue we had was getting to the restaurant, the lifts weren't very well signposted
Hotel was okay and service was good. Room set up was very basic and could be better
Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, clean public restrooms on the 8th floor. Elevators can be a bit of a wait but they entertain the children being able to see the height overlooking the hotel. Room was spacious and clean! Overall my favorite hotel in NYC. Quick step out to timesquare. The View Restaurant was a pleasure but drinks are very pricey! We will return in the fall. Thank you Marriot staff!
Came for a conference but did not stay at the hotel. Meeting rooms were large, clean, and generally quiet with the exception of police/fire sirens. A/V worked well with just an occasional hiccup. Coffee was good (though only available in the morning) and water was freely available all day at multiple coolers. Some of the escalators were broken or turned off which was a little annoying, but not a big problem.
My room to me was standard and the elevators can be a pain. Staff was friendly but things at the bars were over priced ! I honestly can say you might get more bang for your buck at a different hotel !
A truly horrible concrete abomination just ripe for demolition.
Great location for a large conference. Easy access to several large rooms on multiple floors
It is located in the heart of the Theater District very clean wonderful access and location
Nice hotel. Great location. Only issue was checkin. For 2 minutes had to put up with upsale.
Fabulous hotel. Great rotating restaurant. Expensive but well worth it
Great service from Ranie and Deborah at the front desk. Second time staying at the Hotel and would come back again.
Beautiful hotel ... ideally located in the center of Times Square !!!
Quite a nice place, good staff, nice buffets, and I had a problem and they fixed it straight away. Prices are a little much, but it is in times Square, soo.
Good hotel for the room price if you come off-season, like January. All hotel on-premise sundries are far over-priced. Price gouging on private car to Newark airport at $105 for the 11 mile trip -- take Lyft if you can.
Huge but central hotel. Very comfortable with a delicious breakfast buffet and room.
Excellent environment to have a drink and enjoy snacks.
i am think hotel is good i like elevator nd it was a fun exp9rence
Pretty typical NYC hotel. Nice spot for a corporate event.
A great experience and a relaxing stay! The reception lady was a great example of how to run a reception. The staff in all areas seemed to want to help and serve the customers with a smile. I also observed that the place was very clean and organized. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again!
Nice hotel in the times square area. Wi fi not that great, but overall a good spot.
Bar and revolving restaurant are favorites despite taller buildings nearby. Clean restrooms and fun elevators
The staff and grounds are lovely. The restaurant food prices are astronomical. Go around the block to crave for an inexpensive delicious breakfast.
Checked in and told the front desk the wrong room number. They took my ID and gave me a key. I opened the door and walked in to a room full of someone else's stuff. Went back to the desk and THEY asked me what room I think I should be in. Gave me another key.
I should have told them I'm in the PH.
Also, I'm laying in my hotel bed right now and I can hear the flushed toilet water hitting the ceiling above me. It sounds like puke every single time.
Clearly great location. Broadway theater in theater.very clean.
Great location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Only issue is the long wait times for the elevators.
Went to see on your feet, great hotel clean and spacious
Great location central to many things. Very cool views of Times Square. The rooms are quite large and have a very good sized bathroom. I stayed for a conference and got a reduced rate, but it was still quite expensive. You can definitely find cheaper rates for similar attributes.
