Do not buy here anything that has the slightest possibility of being defective. They will not take it back. Really shitty attitude from management too.

Nice worker, told us about quality knives and kept a lively attitude

Good selection of restaurants supply. However, they don't keep their prices consistently. Their labeled price tag is different from what they charged you for. And what kind of business that hiding the prices from you while you are checking out at the cashier!? They give customers the total amount, and ask to pay for (hopefully this cashier is scanning everything correctly). You sign and agree to the total amount, and then they give you your receipt. Tada, at that time I found their problem: price on the receipt is higher than price tag. I took the picture and showed it to the cashier, her reply: "it is ok...." nope, 'it is ok' is not the answer that I am looking rite now. I don't need the money back because it is only few dollars off. I want them to improve their business strategy, be clear what you are offering to the customers.

Look no further if you're in need of anything for the kitchen! They have the best prices along with friendly and professional staff!

It is a crap from the store I bought two chef's shirts I lost the receipt and they did not want to give me credit for the ticket that is not fair and the manager attended me according to him I do not recommend them

Kitchen equipment at wholesale prices available to the public. This is Williams-Sonoma without the price tag or glamour.

They did not have food blankets and the staff were not really helpful. For a company selling all kinds of commercial kitchen products, they should have known.

This is a great place to get cooking supplies, everything you will ever need under one roof.

Love love love this place! Great selection and good prices. Service good too. Wish they had better hours, but I know it's more for chefs and restaurants, so those hours work best. I'm just an adventurous home cook. Still five stars.

High quality restaurant supplies. I shop here for my home. Very affordable, trying to figure out how to put an industrial size deep fryer and cotton candy machine in my kitchen lol.
You ll find yourself saying is this the price? That can t be the price. I ll take 17 .
Their selection of knives is awesome. Don t buy a set of knives with a knife block somewhere else. You ll never use all those knives. Instead come here and for 1/4 of the price you would have spent, get yourself a couple high quality chef s knives.

If you're in the hospitality industry you've got to know these guys. They have all your equipment needs covered, and can take care of coordinating install and warranty repair if you ever need it.

Do not buy anything here. Got a defective product, and the manager would not let me return it because it was used. Of course it was used. How do you think I found out it was defective? I feel very ripped off. Buyer beware. The product did not come with a manual, and it was labeled as if it would perform the desired task, but it can't. Manager didn't care, and just kept saying nonsense and I can't return because its used once .

Chef's Toys is where I get most of my cooking gear. I could go up and down the aisles for hours looking at all their gear.

They have nearly everything you could want in your kitchen. I usually go for a few bowls and small items. If you need it, they have massive rice cookers. You could make enough rice to feed a small army.

I'm planning on bringing my chef's knife over since it's getting pretty dull. We'll see how that turns out.

The place is great and fully stocked. People on the back pick up area have been always slow. I gues that is the reason why they are on the back. They could use some trainin to match the front of the store.

My first time. Went in to buy a gift certificate for a birthday present and was immediately helped! Very friendly! I did take a quick look around. Clean, neat and tidy store. Warning...there are no public bathrooms available so plan your trip accordingly. I will be back so I can take my time and really check out all that they have.

Came here looking for some amiibos, but got butane instead. Great customer service. They hook it up with free water too!

One of my favorite places to come visit. Their prices are great and there are a bunch of things that you can grab here that are invaluable if you run a restaurant or at least fantasize about running one.

Went here on a Saturday to get some decent knives for the house, I spoke with Carlos who was just amazing at explaining the variations of steels and handles, he was extremely patient with me and his recommendations were exactly what I aimed for within my budget, highly satisfied with his service

Chef's Toy is a great shop if you on the culinary side of the business. For myself, as a pastry chef and baker, the inventory is skinny at best. Don't go there thinking you're going to find luster dust, or colorants or flavorings - you'll be lucky to find pastry bags.

With that being said, if you need small wares, they have a pretty good selection with decent prices.

Anything you need for cooking, real cooking, without the high prices of Williams Sonoma or Sur La Table. Great place.

They definitely have improve. A few years ago you couldn't find anyone to help you and they will look down on you, specially it you weren't a business.
Now they're nice, they help you and are really nice.

This is my goto Restaurant supply company. I don't own a restaurant, but they help me like I own 40 restaurants. Whether its bread making tools or jars for my homemade salsa, they usually have what I need.

This place is awesome I'm not even a chef and I love coming here. They got everything you need to get your cooking done!

I'm a home chef and I felt very welcome at this store. Highly recommended for getting a variety of supplies. I didn't interact with staff this visit, but I did see many customers getting their questions answered and I'm sure I would have received the same help and level or service.

Go to place for kitchen items for the home! Not just a Supply store for restaurants. Bought some metal mixing bowls as they are the best for food prep. Great selection and great service. If you just go in, you'll find something that needs to be in your kitchen.

I think it's got the best prices in Orange county anything you can think up a barbarous trunks and any kitchen supplies and that's not it it's a it's an event going on don't miss it come and find your good deals

Purchased a top of the line industrial mixer for my business and when tabs broke off and stoned production there answer is sorry, call the manufacturer,,,will not visit this business again for my industrial kitchen needs

Best restaurant supply store I've found period. Prices are always right on, service is great. This one is particularly well stocked, Kevin always takes care of me every time. BTW you don't need a business or restaurant to buy here, I get everything for my home kitchen here too. Everything from cutting boards french tops to spoons to bone saws!

Fun stuff for the kitchen, commercial or home, you pretty much can find it here. Or just walk thru & drool. Staff is helpful & friendly. I get my knives sharpened here when I need a new edge put back on!

Found a few things I was looking and got friendly service

Overall great place. I bought a knife there, used it twice and it was dull. Tried to exchange it, but I was told, "Knives get dull." No, really? It would have been nice to have offered one free sharpening or even a discounted sharpening. Professional grade knives shouldn't get dull in two uses... It's not like I'm using it to cut wood here.

This place is awesome! They stock everything, and the staff is friendly.
