I Currently work for this company and I like it the pay is good my coworkers are great only had one issue and that had got resolved in no time by the owner the communication skills here and teamwork are great

I currently work here and I love it. The company is very straight forward, in terms of what you re going to do, dispatching and salary. I get to go to new locations every week so I m basically getting paid to tour New York City. Only downside is the long walk back from deliveries or if the apartment doesn t have stairs (they tip the best). Overall the work is hard but definitely worth it.

DON"T USE THEM. Can't be trusted, rude, unhelpful, expensive, way better service options in NYC. Called to have them deliver charity Christmas gifts for underprivileged children to Brooklyn from Flatiron. Spoke to a representative and gave a number of items to pick up. The courier came, left a number of the gifts behind. Called back and the dispatcher was rude, dismissive, completely unapologetic, and unhelpful. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor since this person clearly could not help, was not transferred and they have not answered their phone in an hour.

Horrible. they had their workers riding bikes in the snow yesterday and I believe today will be the same, with a trailer behind them. VERY VERY VERY DANGEROUS. I use to see these workers walking and that s a lot more safer !!! Be safe out there

Not a great experience, there are never enough drivers and if you happen to get Erick on the phone he is incredibly unprofessional and rude.

The customer service from a guy that answers the phone absolutely SUCKS! They forgot to schedule my morning pick up and then they had the nastiest attitude about their own "UN-professionalism"! Completely unapologetic about their mishap! AND wanted to charge me $65.00 for super rush for their SHORTCOMINGS. Now that my package has been delivered I will no longer be using this company!
