I am quite frankly quite disgusted with the non interest in me as a client. I bought a mattress from the Mattress Factory in Bartlett in Boksburg and have a problem on 2 spots where it seems to fall flat. I reported this to the mattress factory who raised this with the BRAVO Group as their supplier. Rachel contacted me from the BRAVO Group with some queries which I supplied the missing information on. I followed up with a few mails and I spoke to her and she said she needs to find some reference and will call me back ... to date no feedback and in the mean time I wake up with a sore back every morning. There is absolutely no initiative or desire to help me with a client on their product with it so called 9 year warrantee! Really I would expect a bit more from Mattress Factory in Bartlett in Boksburg as well as Bravo Group!
Very bad service and not advisable to buy their Sealy products. The brand and name out there is not what you pay for. Since a Sealy we have not had 1 night's proper and well-deserved sleep.
I feel the Bravo group need to focus on their client and customer portion of the business...emails and notifications keeping their clients in the loop of processes that pertain to them. The actual physical Inspections as well as actionable rendering of services is top notch.
They claim to sell you quality but when you have issues within warranty period, they got excuses, never assist and make you wait months with a broken bed. Rather buy something cheap 5 times then wasting your money here.
Update:
After fighting for 3 months with the store where purchased, the bed was replaced. Wish they had their own direct warranty resolution process as this would ensure they can uphold high customer satisfaction.
