I have been coming to ford for yrs for my maintenance on my car. This was the first time I made a appt. It went by really fast. Brian L. was my technician and he was so perfectly friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. And since it was my last fee package he kindly threw in new wiper blades. He has that smile that lights up your day. Thank you for being so helpful. Made my day. I still plan on using Ford for my maintenance needs. Will be looking for coupons tho. Thank you for all the help and amazing customer service over the yrs

Picked up my Bronco today- what a great experience! I worked with Joenathan, who delivered everything I needed and nothing that I did not. He made sure the vehicle was ready for me once I arrived and guided me through the whole process which took no more than 2 hours. Also want to thank Bernard from the used department for making trading in my vehicle a breeze. Overall, the whole staff was awesome to work with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

As soon they received the vehicle that I ordered the sales person(Isaiah Merritt) called me to let me know that truck was ready. We set up an appointment. Once I we got to the dealership he was there waiting for us, very friendly, respectful and professional. He showed us the truck and we went for a test drive. Once we came back, we start the paperwork process that went super smooth. The finance person was very friendly, respectful and professional as well .Everybody were super friendly. They took care of every detail making us feel good during the whole process. Thank so much for the excellent service.

Wow! What a pleasure working with April Lowe. Knew exactly what parts I was looking for for my F-150 and was able to get them ordered for a great price with lightning quick shipping. Was really nice to have someone that knew what they were doing and knew the correct part numbers and could confirm that they were the correct fit!!!! The staff, Wayne Hammond, Fred power in Zuran As well as Robert Lopez my service advisor went above and beyond to service both of our Ford's. F350 wheel drive and my wife's expedition, and went above and beyond to make sure they were serviced and completely checked out The way they are supposed to be. they are so nice and friendly And I would recommend Brandon ford to anybody. I already have Recommended them to several people that drove all the way from Panama City to buy their new Ford from Brandon Ford !!!!! Is my wife my family and I will only buy R vehicles from are vehicles from Brandon Ford they are the greatest Ford dealership!!!! I want to say that April Lowe of Brandon Ford parts dept. has shown me a new level of commitment to customer service. After needing parts she found, ordered and got them to me within a day. She kept me informed and returned my calls asap. One thing I found out is she has a vast knowledge of Ford parts and where to find them.

April was very professional and has the customers best interest as her first priority. I have dealt with another Ford dealership in this area for over 20 years but will now use Brandon Ford as my go to Dealership.

If you need parts for your Ford do yourself a favor and deal with the best and get service above and beyond what you usually see. I'll only deal with her from now on.

THANK YOU APRIL LOWE!!! It is not often to find someone in any auto parts department at a dealership that goes the extra mile to help find parts. After calling every other Ford dealership in the Tampa Bay area, I made one last call to Brandon Ford and reached April. She went out of her way to find me the parts I needed, stayed in touch with me throughout the day on their status and gave me a Great discount! She has my vote for employee of the year for sure!! If you need parts, ask for April!! She is Super nice and will find what you need!

My poor vehicle died, they diagnosed it. They were quite reasonably priced, regardless the rumor of super high prices at the dealership. I didn't find a replacement there, but they were super nice. I have another 150 so I won't hesitate to go there for what it needs.

It does not matter that you have an appointment, the minimum you will be waiting in the Quick Line is 3 hours.

Do not waste time reporting problems because after evaluating the situation with the employees, Lisa Steward will determine that they cannot help you with the problem and you will end up with a new car damaged by the dealer's people in your first oil change.
