As per me if you re looking for email marketing services, Brainpulse is the right place. They are punctual, professional and known for time bound delivery of the email campaigns. They provided accurate delivery reports so I could be able to scale up my campaigns and made it more accurate.

Extremely unprofessional company. They are in the business of making fool of their clients. Tooks lacs of rupees from us and did not do the job. Extremely unethical owners.

These guys take money from client for digital marketing and create in-house fake data to show the client that the work is done but they never do it.

They dont know how to code and inspite of using frameworks they are unable to code.

All the whatsapp marketing and SEO and Social Media is fake and unethical.

I have heard stories that they use to receive Cash Money ( Could be black money) during elections from political parties and they use to create fake data and do ZERO work.

I have also heard how they fooled a african client by creating fake traffic through robots which reflected in the google analytics as well and took few million dollars from the client. All downloading use to happen in their office and the african guy thought that people from all over the world are downloading.

I know another case when they used one of the clients server and hosted another website on it without the prior permission of the owner of the server. When Owner inquired they simply said that the server must have been hacked.

Basically be very cautious in dealing with them. Good luck if you are already started dealing.

Mr. Tarun Gupta, you are in service industry and you can not afford 1 support team working on holidays. Tried calling in office and the support team i was in touch but non phone working.

Customer satisfaction is more important than just selling services to them. I have faced such issues many times and even i called you. but seems management is not taking responsibility so staff, how they can??

Brainpulse started to send me spam - on a personal mail address.
They do not answer communication, they refuse to stop even though requested repeatedly.
This makes me hesitant to consider this company as a business partner - any company that feels the need to send spam should be considered untrustworthy.

Never got my project delivered, nobody ever responds to the calls. They cheated us. I invested a huge amount for my project but all i got was no response.

Bed hosting services and worst customer care. Only company website (Brainpluse) runs regular other customers websites shutdown time to time for 2 to 3 days. It happened minimum 2 times in one month. Customer care personals do not picked phones. Generally, they move phone on other number...........

As my name suggests I am actually not happy with brainpulse technogies services. Since last four days I am trying to call support and techincals but no one is responding. This is really worst service in the whole market. Phone rings and no one pick it up. I tried all the numbers provided on the website multiple times even on skype chat but no response. Literally these guys are too weird. One picked up and did not responded . Something is fishy with this company. I did a big mistake having my domain with them. They don't care about you. I am switching my domain to another hosting provider. F***K You Brainpulse

We are getting server issue since last 15 days and no one is providing the solutions. I called him many times but nobody is responding and thus now we have planned to switch the hosting provider. The Support team response is very poor and will not recommend to buy hosting Or any service from brainpulse as they guys never responding on time. No management properly, only they guys are selling the products but maintenance and service are very very very poor. NOT GOOD
