There is no work environment i never seen a company before like that there is no job security, not salary security, it is not a company it is "Factory". Team leader attitude is always worst, cheap metality, lasty he think he is the role model of team member even he doesnot have any skills.There is 10hr working.I suggest you all never join this company they only become fool the employee.
