I have been living at Jamestown Assisted Living for six months. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, pleasant in every way. I would recommend Jamestown to anyone! Kent Harrison

5 star rating 100% I have been in healthcare industry for nearly 10 years and in that time, The Courtyard at Jamestown has maintained their 5 star quality . Their entire staff in my opinion are 5 star.... From the DON Davey, to Marcie and Shauna, all the way to to top with MaryAnn. I highly recommend that any family needing to place their loved one, consider Jamestown. (I've had the opportunity to eat the food there as well, and generally speaking in this industry, food is the number one complaint in most facilites....except here!) The food is excellent!

Jamestown is a class act . This facility has great staff from top to bottom. The staff is so involved in all the residents lives and truely care about each and everyone .
They have done such a great job through this pandemic time . They have done so much to entertain and show their love to the residents . The staff has done everything from musical entertainment, staff parades , family parades , holiday videos and special birthday celebrations to mention a few . I have been so impressed also with the cleanliness and maintenance of the building itself when i have visited, in the past .Great place to spend your GOLDEN YEARS !!

A true model community! Our father in law was lucky enough to call Jamestown home in his final chapters. The staff treat him like a king. Friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated leadership.

I ve always thought Jamestown was the best, but after seeing how everything has been handled during Covid I m convinced they have the best team in the world, and the best residents too! The staff care so much about the residents and will do whatever it takes to make them happy. The food and activities are above and beyond anything you ll find anywhere else. This is where I want to live when I get older.

The staff love the residents and do what they can to bring smiles to their faces.

Where is the 10 star button?!! Courtyard at Jamestown has been literally and figuratively lifesaving for my parents and our family. I cannot thank Marianne and staff enough for the safe and welcoming home they provide for my parents. A recent crisis absolutely cemented for our family that Mom and Dad are in the best of hands. For peace of mind I wholeheartedly recommend visiting (and choosing!) Courtyard to understand the wonderful services they can provide for your aging loved one.

Wonderful community filled with amazing staff that truly care for seniors. Daily activities which keeps the residents physically active, mentally stimulating, and spirituality satisfied. The food service is custom designed which varies from comfort foods to more complex gourmet dishes.
