It's awesome when there are not creepy old and young men taking pics I've confronted a couple

All kinds of events for all ages! I love having such a unique place in the heart of downtown.

It's a nice spot to sit and enjoy the Rapid City down town vibe.

So much to do there. Summer events, skating in winter.

Tons of events, great shops, and a clean atmosphere!

I've always had a great experience at Main Street Square. It's a beautiful area and the events they have are always a blast. During the summer the actual square is covered in grass, during the winter they make it an ice rink. Fun for the whole family and there's new events/entertainment every weekend.

Love the downtown area, beautiful, fun, good eats, daughters loved the fountains!

What a beautiful and exhilarating family time! We went on Tuesday, so it was BOGO night for skate rentals and admission. My kids and I had a blast skating - they have everything you need right there! Wonderfully decorated and pleasant staff.

Fun place for kids. Had the water spouts going to cool the kids off.

Always something to do or see downtown. Family enjoys Art Alley and venturing into the shops like Who's Toy House. Restaurant variety is nice too.

Too many native indian panhandlers in the area but otherwise nice. Lots of activities throughout the year..

Quintessential American main street town, and a really good one at that! I imagine the main street square is a blast when there are performances going on. It looks all newly renovated. All the blocks around it are very nice, makes for a nice stroll, definitely a lovely little town center worth checking out.

Main Street Square is an awesome place to check out. The summer is great with music and water fountains for the kids to play in. In the winter there is always a packed ice rink. Great place to eat and shop. Also very cool architecture and sculptures. Main Street Square has amazing events year-round and has been great to do business with!!

not good they cant make the ice smooth and its to small but its good if u just go and not skate or even skate a little. there ices is to hard if you fall

Great little park in downtown Rapid City. Water fountains for kids to run and play in. Plenty of seating- sit and watch.

Great place to visit and the splash pad is a great place for the kids to burn energy

My kids loved the fountain here. There is some interesting public art in the area too.

It was magical! There was roller derby with Rushmore Rollerz, a fun water park, ice cream, and wonderful people that were so friendly. Next time we are so renting the bikes. It really felt welcoming and like you want to move there! (Mini vacation)

Main Street Square, what can I say... The best place to be. Ice skating in the winter, pumpkin's in the fall., music during hot summer night's on Thursday's then on Monday night bring your blankets and pillows, popcorn too. You have to be prepared for a movie under the star's. I just love being down at the Sqaure.

The wife and I LOVE going to the main street square! During the summer they play movies for free after dark on Mondays with affordable treats! There is a water fountain to play in and they hold many events here. Its always a good time and worth checking out!

Always hopping in the summer; you can go sit at the table or play in the water fountain. On Thursday night starting in June there's live music and beer, don't miss it!

Wonderful place to take children in the summer as they have fountains. Centrally located with lots of shopping and places to eat without having to drive. This is the popular place for any ccommunity get together, concerts and kid's parties. Beautifully put together!

A great place visit, especially on weekends as they almost always have some sort of event going on. I love ice skating here in the winter.

Lots of stuff goes on here. Splash pad, music piped in, very clean and inviting. Try the ice cream shop near by!

It's great for kids because they have a water fountain and an open area for them to play around in and an ice cream shop in the area of main street square.
