Friendly until the moment that I gave my name at which point the person I was speaking to changed her tone of voice, asked if that was my "Christian" name and informed me I couldn't be helped as they didn't offer the service I required (shared ownership) DESPITE it being on their the website (a point I raised and she brushed off). She very abruptly ended the call and I was called back not even a minute later by a colleague who had overheard the conversation... I'm disgusted.

All of the staff our brilliant and polite, They are not in a rush to take your money and put the phone down like most firms do. They our worth every Penny they charge. I have used them on a few occasions, and i have always had the best results. Mr Russllle May is the best solicitor i have come across, i can recommend him to every one. What ever he says and advises, is what always happens in all cases. The best thing about this solicitor is that he will not give false hopes and lie to take your case on. This guy is a magician. They are specialist in difficulty cases.
