Everything is old, dated, worn out, equipment is hanging together with duct tape, literally. There are cracks in the soles of some rental shoes, bumps in bowling balls and the track is marinated in oil. The clock's batteries have not been replaced for months and are still stationary. Apple juice comes out instead of bottles. You will lose 2.60 for most drinks. Not recommended.
I can't do much about it, I thought it smelled really dirty. Employees were very friendly so 2 stars for them.
A disappointment: I walked in there a few months ago to ask if she wanted to sponsor a lottery from us (for a good cause) with tickets for an activity or an arrangement. The lady at the desk asked us to send us an email and we would certainly receive an answer. According to her, that would not be a problem.
We sent an email very well and a few weeks later even an email as a reminder. I'm still waiting for an answer.
To promise something (an answer) and then not to let anything be heard, is bad, no is also an answer. That gives me no confidence to ever book something because I would always fear that that appointment / booking will go wrong, will not be honored or something in that direction.

It was fun. Music is a bit on the hard side but that saves talking to the family . There is quite a bit of (free) parking. Drinks are served on the course. Vtv Reservation is wise!
The tables may be cleared a bit more. Furthermore, nice and neat service on the terrace.
Very nice playground for especially young children. Really adventurous fun play areas for them. Lommerijk through the many large trees in whose shadow it was very good on the hottest day ever. A real recommendation.

Today again once been here, come here often with my son with good weather and normally I have no complaints. Unfortunately, I have really been annoyed today.
Girl at the cash register / hospitality industry has absolutely no experience or understanding of her work. I ordered a sandwich croquette, where I assumed that I would get mustard. They did not have them, she said. When I saw it on the shelves and alerted her to it, she let me pay extra for it and acted like mayo ?! When I said something about it, she just looked at me stupidly. Well, I really do not have a hard time at 50 cents. But after a wait of at least 6 minutes I heard that my croquette was baking, so reported it to her. Well idd ... the wisps of filling came out. She put it on the bun and removed the loose piece that hung out with her hand. Not even a sorry or I'm cooking a new one. Very unprofessional!
The next one she helped in the meantime she had to ask 3 times what she wanted exactly with sauce / without sauce with specks and eventually forgot something. Ice creams were really so sad tapped and saw also at another guest who was complaining, but there was nothing to dare to say a half bowl of fries. I would say do something about this!
The cone machine crashed on the new game, sometimes the cones crashed on a new game. And got stuck after 45 minutes, then we had to go to runway 5 and sometimes it drops the cones there. And at lane 2 it also got stuck! There has been very poor maintenance and I therefore recommend going to Dekkers bowling! Is a bit more expensive but much better quality!
Today I was there with a group for the All-In arrangement D. This includes two hours of free food. My daughter got her pancake natural when we were there for an hour so nothing with two hours of free food. The order was placed shortly after arrival. So it was not our fault. There were an estimated 50-60 guests, a person in the kitchen and a ministry present. That can not go well.
All in all far too expensive for a bad service.
We had a blast bowling here. They turned the music down a bit when asked. Thenfood and drinks were okay, but nothing special.
Relaxed drinking a beer on the terrace after a brisk walk in the Westerpark. The dogs can also come and get a bowl of water without asking.
